Every pharmacy interaction I’ve had with them since switching to them about 3 months ago has been absolutely above and beyond. Whether it’s in person or over the phone, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about them.

This pharmacy is professional, and friendly I like dealing with them. I go in there and let them know I need real Sudafed, and they understand, unlike some pharmacies near me. I appreciate this pharmacy. Thank you for being friendly and professional.

Giant Eagle Pharmacy on West Broad Street is by far superior to any pharmacy Ive used. The pharmacy technicians and pharmacist care about patient safety and are very timely in filling all medications. They also care about the costs associated with medications and will help you to get the lowest price available with or without insurance.

Every month, I get my daughter's Boost Kid Essentials drinks special ordered. The staff are Always very friendly & super helpful, & get my special order in the very next day. Would recommend them over any other pharmacy

I'm at this GE pharmacy a couple times a week. So much they know me by name. I've never ever had a problem. The staff is so friendly and they are always in stock. I moved my rxs from kroger because their customer service is horrible!!!

I went in this store and they followed me all the way until I checked out. I will nit give my money to a store that does that me and I've told people I know such as doctors, nurses, family members and friends not to shoo there.

Soda was on sale and the cashier wouldn't Give it to me for the sale price. The managers there are so rude and will not listen to what you have to say. Called corporate and they said they would take care of it and nothing happened.
