Kerosene pump is available here! Maybe the only pump within a few miles radius?We use kerosene heater in case of power outage. Peace of mind before winter storm

Worst car wash I’ve ever used. The water literally trickled out and didn’t clean anything. But because I didn’t get a receipt the cashier was not able to give a refund. I’ll never go back. STAY AWAY!!!

It's Tuesday night December 21 2021 at 9:50pm and I needed gas as my low fuel indicator light came on. I go to Giant Eagle on Bethel Hayden Rd and I pull up and every one of the 8 pump screens read "DISPENSER CLOSED"!!! They don't close until 10pm. So now I have to go looking around for another Giant Eagle gas station or go to a competitor. NOT HAPPY! I will never shop at a Giant Eagle store again and I will tell all my family and friends the same!

Worse gas station ever. Damaged my car in the car wash they had a malfunction wouldn’t take responsibility now I have to go through insurance even tho I have it all on dash cam. Paying 60 bucks a month to clean two cars and this is the treatment I get never going here again and every single person I meet will not come here.

I loathe the majority of the staff at this location. Especially the manager who looks like Fat Alberts twin! He is so rude and nasty. What a great example to lead the rest of the staff! Also, the air pumps are rarely working. The location is so hard to get out of if you are turning left onto Bethel Rd. Gas prices hers are usually higher than their competitors. Don’t bother patronizing this dump!

I went earlier this week late at night to get gas and air in my tires. I was a few minutes late to get gas so I went around to get air and while doing so I lost my tire cap. As I was on all fours looking for it, one of the gentleman who had just gotten off work there came over and gave me an extra cap. Saved me a lot of time and energy searching for it, not to mention how cold it was so I could get air and quickly get back in my warm car and off the cold ground. They really care about people here and it’s always a pleasure to see their smiling faces.
