The water temperature and pressure was inconsistent, the floors are dirty. I walked from the shower to the bed to and sat down to put socks on and the bottom of my feet were brown already. And my friends room had ROACHES! will not be going back.

I stayed here a while ago and wasn't exactly impressed. Almost all the negative reviews mention the same things. They're the exact same issues I experienced. I was tired when finding a hotel so I kind of blindly picked the most accessible hotel, which happened to her the German Village in. Again, I wasn't satisfied but not enough so to leave a review, at first. When I came back and read the Google reviews I was floored, not by the reviews but by the responses to them. Whatever staff member is writing these responses is hurting their business so badly its amazing they're still given the responsibility. If multiple customers mention that the hotel staff is rude it is NOT a good idea for staff to prove that point in their reply. I believe it's now obvious why this hotel has the problems it does. It seems their horrible customer service has started to affect their profit margin so steeply that they can no longer afford working equipment or quality staff. Truly sad. Its never enjoyable to watch a business fail, especially so publicly. I wish the ownership and management of this company the best and hopefully they learn from this experience, even if its too little too late.

I liked this motel. It’s certainly not luxury, but the rooms seemed clean, the prices were great, and the location was close enough to walk or run almost anywhere I wanted in Columbus. They are a quick walk to several great restaurants, and the area is very nice, so next time I’m in town, I’ll likely stay here again.

Walkability: Besides being just minutes from Downtown Shopping and Shows, you are also within walking distance to some of the best places to eat, drink, and even take in some alternative Shows that the cast in any of these establishments will have have you just rolling out of your seats.

Owner has poor customer serviceRooms: Room is were nice size for four people.Nearby activities: Fun all over nice bar, right next door so you don’t have to stay in all day.Walkability: Very close to the downtown DistrictFood & drinks: No breakfast but the guy does charge $1 for coffee in the morning or a Coke product in the morning.Noteworthy details: I believe the owner sleeps in the back office, so someone’s always there to handle emergencies.

Metal bed frame made for a sore back. Remote was missing cover for batteries and heater filter needed cleaned. Best rate in downtown area by you get what you pay for. Otherwise, clean space. Two sinks with American Standard working faucets and smoking rooms available. Free parking. Check your entire room before you agree to it. There is no refund policy. However, check in 3pm downtown is convenient. Camera monitored property. Older hotel comes with minor imperfections. However, great fit for travelers on a budget looking to stay lowkey.Walkability: Central downtown

Credit card reader didn't work. Had to walk 3 blocks for cash at ATM. No courtesy toiletries except soap. No vending machines. Bed spread stained. Aching back. Air conditioner

Let's face it, we were looking for a reasonably priced place to crash for two nights while in Columbus. As Inns go, it's not bad. Hot shower, clean room, acceptable bed and decent proximity to our final destination. Neighborhood is a little noisy at night so if you're a very light sleeper this might not be the place for you.Rooms: Double beds were adequate. The refrigerator was cold but needed defrosting and one of the chairs was torn up, but I wasn't going to use it anyway. The room also included a microwave, iron and ironing board.

I have stayed there 2 times the first time was fine. I know the area and understand you get what you pay for. It was a last minute decision. The 2nd time, since the first time was ok we decided we would stay again a few weeks later. I saw a bug crawling up the wall when I went to kill it, I missed of course, and it fell behind the mini fridge, when I scooted the mini fridge multiple roaches crawled out. It was a second story room at the northeast corner of the building. But I assume they are everywhere.

Large room at a decent price for the area. What this place lacks in aesthetics it makes up for in location. Some peeling paint in the bathroom. Coffee maker in the room tripped the circuit breaker so the shower room lights went out.Nearby activities: It is at the edge of German Village, a lovely walkable area with many quaint, well restored houses and some good restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed here for a convention that was in town. Very good location, free parking. Very safe area.The staff was super friendly. The room had brand new carpet, the bed was very clean and comfortable.Small fridge worked great.Shower was very powerful and the towels were adequate.The air conditioner worked fine in the July heat.Coffee maker worked fine.The only thing To complain about was that the desk chair should have been replaced & I also noticed a moldy ceiling tile in the bathroom.I will defiantly stay here again, very good value.Rooms: Clean large and plenty of spaceWalkability: Walk right to the German Village.
