Bob Havey, Germain Lexus of Easton, provides a far above average Lexus buying experience. I have been a Lexus owner for more than 15 years which means I have interacted with a variety of sales and service personnel. My most recent experience was buying a new NX350h at Lexus of Easton. The sales person was Bob Havey. He is outstanding. He knows his product and eagerly shares his knowledge with perspective buyers. He is considerate and honestly interested customer satisfaction.

We have become lifelong Lexus owners as a result of the exceptional service we receive at the German Lexus Easton Service Center! From start to finish, this location has a seamless and easy process. We are able to schedule online or via text and can arrange a new loaner car, so we don’t miss a beat keeping pace with our busy lives.
Every service appointment begins by pulling your car right into the service garage, where a representative is waiting to open your car door and check you in. Service reps are attentive to your every need, opening doors and offering hospitality each step of the way. Our service center representative, Jeff, is knowledgeable, kind, and always looking out for our best interest. We have been working with Jeff for years now, and he has been critical in keeping us up with certified services, planning for regularly scheduled maintenance, and ensuring our loaner vehicle fits our big crew. I trust Jeff completely and never worry about being oversold or taken advantage of.
During service, we’re are kept in the loop on the process via text and email. Germain will send videos of our vehicle so that we are able to see the service needs and service work that needs attention. There is also a simple, user-friendly link that allows us to view immediate and future vehicle needs, along with the price, so that we are able to select services and understand the costs associated with each service. I have had friends comment on how amazing this service is, and have not heard of another service center that has invested in the consumer-focused tool. We have also been spoiled by the detail work done at this location, and often add interior and exterior detailing to appointments to get that “new car” feel. When we do not add detailing, German will still ensure our vehicle has been vacuumed and washed before returning it to us.
Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and the whole team at the Lexus Service Center! Thank you all for making vehicle ownership easy and enjoyable!

This was a complementary maintenance service but regardless I received great service as always. I would recommend Germain to anyone looking to buy or service their Lexus.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotations typical service not as good as when their past service manager Roccie was there but I still go here out of convenience. When inspecting my car they told me I needed a new cabin air filter (wanted to charge me over $90 for it) BUT I very recently had changed my own cabin air filter for $20 and took me less than 5 minutes. I declined obviously but I wonder if they are trying to take advantage of young woman by trying to sell them unnecessary things. Even if my air filter actually needed to be changed (which is doesn’t) $92 dollars is outrageous, I get labor and profit, but some things are just not right and slightly on the abusive side of costs. That is not a "labor intensive" part or job.

Everything went perfectly during my service appointment. My appointment was fulfilled on time and everything went smoothly. I found your new service area to be convenient and comfortable. My car is running perfectly. Donna Phillips was pleasant and helpful and Morgan took care of my one GPS issue that I had.
