I went to the shop last week and my car was having some sort of emission problems. A very small leak. They conducted a test, smoke test and everything and they told me it was just a gas cap issue and they cleared the code and said nothing was wrong. The same day, the check engine light came back on and at that point I took it to a local shop because the dealership obviously didn’t know what they were doing and they were able to find a very small leak with their smoke test they had. Avoid this place all they do is rip you off they made me pay $170 diagnostics fee for something they couldn’t even find. I tried to call back and they told me that the other place is lying, but I have not had my check engine light come back on after they replaced a Eva canister hose.

Absolutely loved My experience at the dealership. From the time I received the phone call from Williard to the time I pulled on the parking lot I felt like my business was valued, and didn’t feel pressured. These guys were knowledgeable, kind and Didn’t try to “sell” me on anything. I walked out of there with a brand new Hyundai ELANTRA N And I couldn’t be more excited. I would do business at the dealership in the future Without a doubt in my mind.

Germain Hyundai is definitely a great car shopping Experience. Nathan Miller was my sales rep and he was fantastic at explaining everything and very transparent, which is important to me. I'd visited 10 car dealerships in the previous 2 weeks of purchasing our vehicle from Germain. The only other pleasant experiences I had that was on level with Germain Hyundai was Germain Honda in Dublin (Mark sales rep) and Germain Ford on Sawmill. Safe to say that Germain has a culture of good service. Nathan was terrific and the finance manager was great as well. I'll purchase there again and will definitely refer Germain to everyone I know looking to buy a new vehicle ???
