Pretty meh service, they just weren't engaged or interested.
The merchandising is tidy and I was able to self-shop and find some good stuff on my own (love the selection right now), but I wish the team was more knowledgeable or cared to look when I asked a question

I’ve loved shopping at the Gap for years. The comfortable and fashionable clothes are very good quality pieces and the casual vibe of the inventory is very desirable. I ❤️ Gap clothes!!

Like the store prices where ok for some reason the where closing early. The deals they had going on wasn't the greatest.

If you’re thinking about working for this particular location I wouldn’t advise it. I’ve applied 2x before in the past.. I was denied.. that’s okay. Giving it a 3rd go round i applied SUNDAY. MONDAY my application FULLY went through.That same day my application was denied.. knowing I fit ALL the criteria of the position. It’s like they didn’t even try to really look at my application. Definitely bad business for the gap brand & store location overall.

Has a lot of selections for adults and kids. I wish they had more sweater/winter clothing selections for kids that were past size 5T.

Male staff was very rude! It is sad because it is the only gap in Columbus now. Recommend shopping online and not stepping foot into this store!

This is the worst Gap. It should be closed down like the rest of them. And the manager is rude.
