Had an unfortunate bad experience here that could have easily been avoided. I went in to pre-order the new Call Of Duty and took my old one in to trade toward it. The young man behind the counter said I couldn't do that and I had to pay full price. I asked why does it say I can do that online and on the automated phone call? He checked, and he said he didn't know they could do that. So I finally got that in order and would have been duped if I didn't figure this out before hand, he took my info and asked which system. I said the PS5. He kept typing, and I said I get the steelbook still, right? He said no because that is for the higher priced edition. I asked and pointed at the display on the counter and asked why does it say pre-order now and get the steelbook? He looked and said he didn't know that. Really? Then he said he is not promising it, but I pointed back at it and said it's on your webpage, too. It says pre-order today and get the steelbook only at Gamestop. He looked and said he's getting it now for that. After all that confusion, he asked one last time for the PS5, and I said yes. I got my receipt, and it said PS4. I asked why did you give me PS4 when you asked twice for PS5? He looked and was confused and tried doing a refund on a gamestop card, cancel my order, and reordered it. So I paid twice because I'm told a refund will appear in a week or so. Why? They messed up, and I have to wait? I understand if I ordered and I said wrong, but they did wrong and I have to wait? This visit lasted so long when it should have been in and out since I was the only one there.

Today was my last day at this shop, Not a good GameStop shop,you can drive 2 miles to west broad GameStop it’s better nice people out there to be honest.

I’ve been trying to return a call from the hiring manager for nearly a week. No one ever answers the phone, and truthfully I doubt it’s continuously /that/ busy.

This GameStop has gone down hill over the years. You truly don't get that store experience that made GameStop great. Terrible management and employees. Felt really out of place here the last few visits. Grew up with this place but will be probably stop coming here.

So, while this GameStop location at least posts its hours on the door, along with a note when they're closed during the day (2pm-3pm for lunch), on a Mon at 65 mins. before closing time the lights are on and the front door is locked, and on one is in the store. Good job Gamestop...another location I won't return to.

Girl at the counter is rude as can be she let the door slam in our faces with a sign on the door saying she'd be closed til 3 and it was 330 she was upset she had to let people in. Then I was kind to her said have a good day when I left and she stared at me and locked the door after I left

Claims to open back up at 3 got here at 245 thinking it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Here we are 4 and still not open back up.

My store has gone downhill a lot in the last few weeks from trying to sell my pre-orders to trying to sell me open games which are meant to be “new” seriously debating moving to a new store

My go to Game Stop. I love their clearance. And they are always very welcoming and friendly! And if they don't have something. They will check other stores and call and have the store hold for you. Always helpful and knowledgeable!
