I went into the GameStop 3733 E. Broad Street and the lady attendant was the rudest I ever dealt with. I came in smiling and said hi. She gave me the dirtiest look and asked me what do I want, with a puzzle face I just said I’ll take a used Xbox controller. That’s why these places like GameStop don’t get good business from time to time because they hired people who don’t know how to really deal with people. I’m not gonna bring race In the mix because she was white and I was black, and I don’t know if she was having a bad bad day, but I do know when you are in retail and you work with people you don’t treat people like that or they won’t come back and buy your product.

Not open on time. I stood outside of a locked caged door for 15 minutes and they never opened. This is a loss of money for this company.

This was the only Gamestop left this past weekend that had PS5 in stock! I forget the associates name that helped me (short blue hair) but we had a great conversation with their recommended games to get on the PS5 system and had all the answers to my questions. The associate was also very considerate about personal pronouns!I don't believe I've ever personally had a negative experience at Gamestop in general.
