Tried to walk in to see if someone could remove my gel nails. Sign on the door says to call and let them know you’re there. Door is locked. Called and not was there no option to speak to someone; the voicemail box was full. So Idk how they want you to make an appointment and obviously they don’t take walk ins…. If you don’t take walk ins, put that on the door or your Google profile.

When I went there, I had to use my phone to call if they could work me in. They are security conscious. I got a nice haircut & she dyed my hair with a great smelling product.

I called to make an appointment and the woman that answered the phone I think her name is Carrie or some thing was pretty rude and also informed me that no one at the shop knows how to do gel nails...?
I really don’t understand how that is possible considering she felt the need to inform me that she’s been doing nails for 15 years lmfao. I guess you guys should probably try to hire people that can do a gel set so you can get more business because I don’t know any grown woman that actually gets acrylic nails anymore......
