I am editing my review. I have had good experiences but also bad experiences here. Some employees are nice and helpful, but I’ve encountered others who don’t want to be helpful and complain. Asking for a cart once caused the manager to complain nonstop about why he shouldn’t have to do it.
They sometimes load my vehicle in a way I consider rough and careless. Their hours are not very great. They are quite strict and stern about their loading hours which close 30 minutes before the store. It’s hard to find a time to get there and load large items. It’s inconvenient hours for people with full time jobs who work until 5.
However they have a large selection and I have found many great items here.

This place is a scam. Bought a desk, came to pick it up within the 3 day timeframe and because I arrived at 5:40 (they close at 6). They wouldn’t open the dock to let me take it. Manager was rude, condescending, and accused me of lying when I said I called to ask what time I could pick it up and no one answered. BUYER BEWARE!

For such a big place, very inconvenient when you have a small child with you shopping for furniture. Had our 4 year old with us and as 4 year Olds do, she needed to use the restroom. There are no restrooms. So, we had to leave to take our kid to the restroom then return. Had my husband not already been set on an item, we would have just went somewhere else. Made shopping for a couch so much more than needed to be.

After hunting for weeks for an affordable but high quality sofa, I stopped into this store and found the perfect one!! I found a gorgeous and so comfy la-z-boy sofa, exact color and size I’ve wanted. The price was astonishing affordable. Comparably sofas priced in the thousands and the sofa I got was under $200. Andre was so kind and attentive, truly a great part of my experience. He does a great job and is very personable. Outside of my lovely sofa find, there was a massive assortment of other furniture pieces. One thing to note, it’s very organized and clean. My family and I will absolutely enjoy our new sofa and will return/recommend to friends for future furniture hunts.

Not even being dramatic when I say this is THE best second hand furniture store in Columbus. They always have soooo many options, and don’t skimp on keeping vintage beauties stocked! I’ve bought every couch I’ve ever had from here, and will continue doing so! Staff is always helpful and sweet, and they’ve helped me carry things to my car many a time! Very much worth stopping in

Purchased a couch today for my daughter's first place. The staff was super nice and we love the couch. They were so helpful, moving the piece to the back while we went back home to get our truck and helping load it in the back.

Great in concept, poor in execution. While they were nice enough to place a hold on a piece of furniture until I could measure and confirm it would fit, they sold the piece to someone else before I could come in to complete the transaction. They had my contact information and chose not to contact me prior to releasing the hold. This was very disappointing, and given my experience, I doubt I will be back anytime soon.

This store use to be a great place for the community about 6 months ago but now that have raised their prices almost to a new furniture store. I do not understand this store anymore. You get all your things donated to you to help the less fortunate but than raise all your pricing (100% profit) to an Ashley Furnisher??? They should be ashamed for what they are doing now!! You are no longer a donation help center you are a full blown furniture store that does not give back or help the communities you are located in. Whoever their new management is in these two stores (Columbus and Lancaster) should not only be fire but should be ashamed of what they are doing and the good work they once did for the less fortunate in each poverty stricken area in which they put their store. I for one will NEVER shop in either store again because it no longer helps the community but now take from them. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
