Put in an order almost two weeks ago, was given a date it should arrive by and it never did. Called again to see why the tracking never updated and they seemed surprised why it never did, promised a different date and of course nothing happened. Was told by my doctor that Friends Pharmacy would reach out to me but I had to call them a week after my appointment to see if they even got my prescription sent in, which they did, just never bothered to even contact me. Lady on the phone seemed bothered by me calling and just this whole experience has been frustrating. Don’t go here.

Ordered and paid for a medication and found out after through a packing slip that its backordered, which would have been nice to know before I paid for it. Has been awhile and is still back ordered and they have no idea when it might arrive. They offered no solution. Not the greatest customer service.

Worst pharmacy to deal with!!! The receptionist acts as if he's being forced to do the job! He's always rude when talking to customers. I have been without medication for a week thanks to them putting the wrong information! The cherry on top is the lack of professionalism! No apology was issued when I complained about the mistake that they made twice which caused a disturbance in my treatment regimen. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from them if you can get your medications filled somewhere else!!!

Called to inquire about filling a prescription and the receptionist was sighing and acting like he was doing me a favor by speaking with me. He then proceeded to tell me I should just go to my local pharmacy to fill my prescription. STAY AWAY from this place.

I am in complete shock of the utter lack of professionalism and disrespect this “friendly” pharmacy has treated me with. I called in for a prescription to provide my insurance information and the receptionist was speaking to me as if I was a complete idiot. I work in the medical field myself, and would appreciate being spoken to in a respectful manner. Will never use this pharmacy again, and I am finding another one who can treat their customers professionally and with kindness.

I don't know where they get off calling themselves the "friendly pharmacy," but they are the least friendly pharmacy around! This place is a joke, and every single employee we spoke to was rude!! I'd rather walk across a porcupines back barefooted than have to call and talk to anyone at this place again! Shame in you for being so rude to people who keep you in business!!! ?

Friends Pharmacy uses the Nimble service to mail out prescriptions which is very convenient, they have done an excellent job entering in coupons to help me save money on my prescriptions.

Please do not get your prescriptions through this pharmacy! Anywhere else is better than Friends. Package said that the delivery was not complete due to insufficient address. I called support, and they repeatedly told me I did not put the correct address when I had the receipt clearly stating my correct address. Man on the phone continued to belittle me as I was trying to explain it’s a fault on their side and he eventually hung up, giving me no information on where my prescription could possibly be. Easily the WORST service I have experienced through a pharmacy. Do yourself a favor by not getting your prescriptions through Friends Pharmacy.

Friends goes above and beyond for their patients. I feel so lucky to have used this pharmacy for as long as I was able while I lived in the area. They have the best prices and truly care that your needs are met. After a long debacle with my subpar healthcare provider and issues that were absolutely no fault of Friends', the pharmacy refunded ME when it was absolutely not their fault. The staff is always kind and listens to all you need and truly do the most. This pharmacy is great.

I did the online refill about a week ago. The pharmacy canceled it without giving a reason. I had to call my Dr to get the refill processed. Will see how long it takes this time to get delivered. I would change pharmacies but they are cheaper than other places I've researched.

Last time I’ll use them.It’s been over a week. And I don’t have my prescriptions yet.I’ve called and they haven’t even shipped them.I’d rather pay a little more for a pharmacy that knows what they’re doing.
