The location, amenities, layouts, and responsiveness of maintenance / office here are great! The cost is high and continues to grow, but this is to be expected at a complex like this. Newer complexes in area with the same level of amenities with much smaller sq footage, etc seem to be higher priced. Have been here about... read full comment

This is a nice upscale apartment complex to live at! Super walkable to nice restaurants and shops. Love that it is its own little community and has plenty of green space to enjoy both the city and nature.
