We went to have our batteries replaced on a couple of 2004 models and the staff was so wonderful about the process that I could not thank them enough. It is sad that they only have one of these store in Columbus. I would definitely recommend shopping at the Easton Fossil location.

Been a long time fan of Fossil but that is unfortunately over for me. The store sold me a faulty watch and when I went in to return it the employee Pam refused a return. She said it was worn but I had never worn it. Her attitude really made the whole visit awful for me and my family. I can't help but think she had some kind of bias towards us. BUYER BEWARE: They will refuse returns on baseless terms! I had better service at Shinola before they closed the location at this mall. Thanks Pam!!!
