This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been in. The gym is full of weights and all the equipment you’ll need for your workout. Martial arts classes are intense and the instructors are very knowledgeable.

I took Sheena Jacobs boot camp class. I am really sore today and I'm loving it. I can't wait to go back next Saturday! I hope including this with my four day boxing routine I will start to see some real results. I hope Im tough enough to continue. It's hard work...But hard work pays off!
