I am usually reluctant to give five stars unless the company has gone above and beyond what was been required of them. FSD continuously goes above and beyond. They do not have problems, only solutions to them if something was to arise (usually not their issue to begin with). I get to walk by work put in place ten years ago and it still looks fresh. Great group of people who produce an excellent project while striving to create the best environments in both their place of work and project sites.Sincerely - JT

Excellent !! That's how our commercial flooring renovation project turned out.
The teamwork used by the professionals at Floor Systems & Design during the demolition of our old commercial flooring and the installation of our new commercial flooring was "seamless." From the first meeting with Luke our sales representative, to the quick responses to our email questions by Chris the project manager and the courtesy of the demolition crew and the flooring installers....there was never any part of the project that was not performed according to plan. Every question that we had was promptly answered. Like most renovation projects, we uncovered a few unexpected surprises involving the original construction and design of our building, but they were all quickly resolved by the installers without any hesitation.
Based upon my own recent experience, if you call any of the other local central Ohio flooring companies, you will be lucky if their representatives show up for their estimate appointments or remember to get back to you after you make contact with them. Floor Systems & Design earned their 5 stars honestly by doing exactly everything that they promised to do and they did it when they promised that they would do it. It seems to be a rare thing anymore to be able to find a company that still gives great service from beginning to end....and Floor Systems & Design did exactly that for us.

Working with the staff at Floor Systems and Design has been very good. They respond to questions/concerns when I have them. Lonny Peck gives us quotes quickly and with drawings to see the different layouts of what we are trying to do here at the facility.
Installation of the materials has always gone smoothly and without problem.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to have commercial work done at their facility. They are professional and there work is just awesome.
If they tell you they are going to do something you can bank it! They will do it!
