The Store associate was helpful with options for my wide foot and stability. Checked my arch to ensure I had the correct insert, even though they had my old arch on file. Fast and efficient service. They have made me a repeat customer.

Fleet Feet is amazing!! They have the widest assortment of shoes. Most importantly, they have the best staff!! I would highly recommend this store if you're serious about your running and need experts to wrap your feet in comfort.

I was happy with my 3D scan so I could see exactly what the problems were with my feet. I liked that the employee explained how I walked and why I have the pain I have in my feet (mainly 1 foot). He recommended certain shoes for me and I tried on some. I found 1 I liked and purchased them. I am hoping they will help elevate my pain. My overall experience was great. He was a good listener and very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful experience for our office Christmas outing. Aaron and his staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Cannot recommend this store enough. From the scan, walk on the treadmill, all the way to selecting shoes - cannot say enough good things! Thank you, Aaron, for having us!

We went into the store to get some work shoes for my son. He is on his feet when he works standing on a tile floor. He was fitted for the first time with shoes that were comfortable. He likes his new work shoes. I will be back with it comes time for me to get new walking shoes.

The extra steps Fleet Feet take with scanning your feet and watching you walk, I truly feel, helps them find the best shoe for a customer's particular foot and needs.The employees are all highly trained, friendly and professional. They found the perfect shoe for me!

We had such a good experience with Jason at the store, he helped us understand the analysis of our feet, and that helped us picked a size/type of sneaker that really fit our needs. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

Went to find Cross Country spikes and really didn't know what to get. They hadn't yet put any spikes out for viewing so we were truly at the mercy of the associate working. But, no fear here, she was friendly and very helpful bringing multiple options and colors to make sure we got what we needed. I don't normally like people limiting my options, but she was so knowledgeable I felt super comfortable with her directions and ended up with a new pair.

Let me just tell you about the AMAZING staff they have there!!! We had Mallory, and she was fantastic. She did me AND my husband's scans, and went thru 5 pairs of shoes with him and 7 with me. The whole time I kept saying, I'm sorry I keep changing my mind. Her response, no no it's all good, we just want to find you the PERFECT shoe for you! She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful! This was our 1st experience with Fleet Feet and I will return again and again for my shoe needs!!
