This is probably the most honest car repair shop I've ever been to. They replaced my front bumper for closer to the actual cost of the part than any other shop in Columbus would. The people who work here are all kind and caring and if I lived closer I would come here for every issue.Services: Body & Trim

Shop had my vehicle for 4 months. Was paid over $7k for repairs that they either did NOT complete or did so very poorly. Recently found out, while they had my vehicle, they sold the shop because they were sued by another customer. They guaranteed repairs but since they sold, the new owner does not honor that guarantee. My insurance will not pay for the correction of those repairs so I am STUCK with no recourse!!! Emil Devitian is a FRAUD!!! He will not return the new owners calls regarding my vehicle either and has disappeared. When he and his cohert Randy called to obtain my business they were very nice and communicative. However, they did beyond shoddy work and do not honor their business promises. I have a horrible experience and am stuck on a 2019 LEASED VEHICLE!!!!
