Terrible service, I bought a brand new pair of shoes and went to return them the day after. All i had done is try them on in my house and put them back in the box. These guys say “these have been worn and they’re creased, we don’t let people try our shoes on here, i can’t take these, you definitely wore these.” I 100% tried them on in store and did not wear these once. I don’t know how you’re going to tell me I wore shoes I didn’t wear. So, apparently they’re selling worn, creased shoes, and won’t take returns. Terrible service and management.

Ordered to be delivered to my house, order was cancelled, money wasn't refunded for weeks. I called the store, they said I have to call the 800# to get refund. I made several attempts, no one ever picks up. The customer service site is a joke too. I won't step foot in this store again.

No greetings, long wait and long line. Not enough associates working the register. Associates at the register do not provide the best customer service. Tight space for their commodities and display settings, once the customers are in there, especially on the weekends or during the holiday seasons, it's just not enough space, in my opinion.

If you live in central Ohio do not make any purchases from JD sports in Polaris, especially if you think you might make a return. They are thieves! So, a couple weeks ago I bought my 13 year old a pair of basketball shoes and immediately returned them because he wanted a different kind. Fast forward, I never received the refund. When I called the store I was told to call customer service. No one ever picked up. So I called the store the next day, again was told to call customer service and again after 20 minutes on hold, I decided to call the store. So after complaining to the store again, they were magically able to find my transaction with just my last name. They then go to explain that my shoes were never returned but exchanged and that they couldn’t process my funds and I had to drive 45 miles out of my way to swipe my card. What???? I then requested my receipt and when it was emailed to me there no exchange, just the purchase. I was pissed and they didn’t care. Told them it’s sounds like you have some fraud going on. After speaking to the manager I got no where and was told I needed to drive to the store. This is not a mom and pop store, and from the email it’s a devision of finish line. I then told them to have there GM to call. So yesterday I got a call from the “GM” with a no caller id. I was unable talk and he wouldn’t give me a call back number, He said I’ll email you my number. I never received an email or a call back. So I called the store again and spoke to the manager, he told me he would refund me cash now, (which I didn’t ask), and it would be in an envelope. Still didn’t care I had to make the drive. I also told him the receipt that was sent only had the purchase and not the supposable exchange. He said he would send it and never did!! Please save yourself the hassle and do not purchase anything from JD sports. This has been the worst experience! Top it off you can’t get through to customer service. There are so many red flags! What ever ring you are running, I hope you caught.

I wanted to try on some shoes and the STORE MANAGER did not allow me to even try on some shoes. Every store has different sizes and I wanted to see if the shoes would fit or if they were comfy enough and they angrily snapped at me and told me that I could not try them. I ended up not buying any of the shoes because of this.

Received a returned pair of sneakers. Called in to see if they could overnight a new pair (they did not and I will admit that was a long shot) but the rep was very dismissive of my complaint in general. This is unacceptable. I ordered them to have them in time for an event we have to attend tomorrow. You all lost a customer for LIFE, believe that.

Probably one of the worst experiences I had with a shoe store. I called yesterday to verify if they had a pair of shoes in stock. I was placed on hold for about 20 min. So I called back again. They told me they had them in stock. So I asked if they could be held for me and I would make my way there. They told me no. It didn’t even take me 15 min to get there and I had to ask a rep for help rather than being approached like other stores do. I wasn’t greeted or anything. I then walk to a rep told them I called and was told a certain shoe was in stock. They then looked at me like they were irritated then walked behind the cashier counter whispered to another woman then walked to who I think was a manager an Asian man she asked him did we have the shoe I was asking for so he then said no to her without even checking. She then told me without checking no we don’t have them. So I then walked to the counter asked if the person I spoke with on the phone was there because they located the shoes not even 15 min ago when I called. The lady walked up and said your the one that called right. She said I’m going in the back to grab them. I wait about 10 min and she walk out lies and said someone grabbed them. The shoes I specifically asked for wasn’t on the shelf or nothing so it is extremely unlikely someone would come and get the exact size I called for when the shoes weren’t even displayed on sales floor. This location is extremely unprofessional and nothing but attitude and people lying. I used to work for shoe companies I guarantee they walked in back stood there for a couple min without checking for shoes and just came and and said no we don’t have. I wasted my time driving up there and was treated poorly. Please stay away from this location. Save yourself the trouble and just order online.

My experience was just terrible, one of the sellers was very rude and yelled at me, he didn't let me try on my sneakers properly, and demanded that I answer him how the size suits me, then he got up and didn't let me look in the mirror, and told me to go to another mirror, then I asked to call the supervisor and they just laughed at me. It was at about 6.45 pm on October 14. I ask you to deal with this.

Today 9-24-23 has been my worst experience here today . I asked for help and someone came to bring me the shoe I requested in my size . While trying it on some other team member came shouting out loud towards me telling me that unless I'm purchasing the item I can't try it on . She was rude and Loud towards me . Even other parties behind me were trying other types of shoes . I have been a client for this store for years . I came with all the intentions to purchase new outfits as well as new shoes . After the incident I felt not appreciated as a customer that I am from that store so I ended up not buying anything and left . I hope that next time I come in to not go thru this same experience . I highly don't think nobody as a buyer deserves this mistreat from any team member or any other individual in general . If this is a store policy they should post it up front for us customers to read n be aware of while entering the premisses.

I went to exchange my sons shoe that had only been tried on and the lady was incredibly rude. Told me that the shoes had been worn and she will not return or exchange for a smaller size. It was her attitude and demeanor. I will never buy shoes from Jd sports in Polaris again due to how I was treated.
