Worst customer service EVER! Ladies on their phone and when you ask them to get a shoe for you, they act appalled that you’re interrupting their phone time. They don’t even look at you or talk to you to let you know if they’re getting the shoes for you or not. Saturday 3/18/23. Horrible service. They didn’t even acknowledge that other shoppers were there looking at shoes and needed help also.

Drove all the way across town to return a pair of shoes I purchased from Finish Line online just to be told they don't accept returns from Finish Line. So what is the point of calling yourselves Finish Line???? Just call yourselves the Macy's shoe department. This is ridiculously dumb!!!

My grandfather who is elderly and can barely see went into this store today to replace his worn sneakers (much overdue). The sales associate was very kind and knowledgeable she went out her way to assist him and make sure he was purchasing comfortable shoes. However, the store manager took it upon himself toVERY rudely ask my grandfather to take his foot out of the shoe he had already handed his card over to purchase solely because he did not have on a finish line sock. At which point my grandfather explained he did not need the sock because he was buying the shoe (at this point he is at check out). The manager further carried on with HIS disgusting attitude and smirked stating he didn’t care and walked off. At this point the sale was canceled as my grandfather no longer wished to support a business managed by such a nasty inconsiderate and very unapproachable sales manager. DO BETTER!! Everyone is going through a hard time right now it pays nothing to be kind and do the job and deliver the service you are paid to do.

I absolutely LOVE shopping at Macy's Easton. I have a great experience every time I go there. Their sales and rewards programs ARE EXCELLENT! The sales persons are very friendly and provide great customer service! KUDOS to Vickie in jewelry for excellent customer service. I purchased some beautiful outfits and jewelry on Saturday. I went back on Sunday to buy more.
