Nick and the team took tremendous care of me during this process to fix my BMW. All they did was offer solutions that made my decision easier. They did fine work on my car and I have no trace of the accident.

Extremely poor service Car took three weeks too fix had too complain too corporate office too get things moving. My car was not fix the first time my leather seats had dust in them because the left the doors the headlights was not fix the first time around I told them about and the headlight display had the warning. Nick said the rental car was free after they screwed up them billed my insurance company. They blew up the insurance company estimate too rip them off was more then double the price. You have too call them multiple times too get them too call you back. Then Nick told me not too come in till they call me too fix the car too pick it up. Then Nick complained because I called the main office too complain. Don't go here .

After shattering my rear window and breaking the rear wiper motor I was worried about the damage & having to deal with insurance! The staff here were wonderful & made the process seamless! They even had rental cars on site which was very convenient. They also worked with me on my deductible which was a big relief! The repairs took a little longer than expected due to them receiving the wrong parts, however it was worth the wait since the end result was perfect! My car looked better than it originally did. They also matched the paint perfectly on the trunk area where it was damaged & washed & cleaned the entire car. I am very happy with the end result!

9/25/24 update to my original review. Fine Line Autobody has a “lifetime guarantee” on their work. Five weeks ago, I took my vehicle back in to have them take a look at paint chipping that has occurred on the front end of my vehicle that was completely replaced by them. I was told they would send photos to the warranty department and get back to me. After allowing four weeks to go by without a peep from anyone at Fine Line, I called in to follow up and was given an excuse by an associate that the reason it was taking so long, was because they had a different general manager at the time of my repair as they have today. Which is irrelevant to me, as the associate was able to pull up my service file while I was on the phone with him. They have access to all the information they need and I verified with them when I took my car in for them to take pictures that they still had the lifetime guarantee policy in place. Fast forward to today, now six weeks later, I had to follow up again because no one has reached back out to me regarding the issue. Now I am told, “oh yeah, I can see here the warranty center thinks it’s due to rock chips. We can have you set up an appointment with the warranty department, or offer you a great deal on painting the vehicle “. First of all, I should not have to chase you down to address a warranty issue on guaranteed work. If I was a new customer or this was a new service repair on my vehicle, I would of been taken care of in a more timely fashion, just as I have in the past with Fine Line. Secondly, I was told to yet again wait for a call from the warranty center to set up my requested appointment. Communication is key, and you guys are dropping the ball consistently. All the while continuing to ask me to wait for a call back in regards to scheduling. Fine Line Autobody used to be so much better. Maybe it’s the change in staff, maybe it’s the lack of care for current customers, maybe it’s pure laziness, however this experience has been less than satisfactory.

I’ve used Fine Line Autobody in Lewis Center multiple times for my vehicles auto body repair needs, and I can’t say enough good things about them! From the quality of work to the customer service, Fine Line never misses the mark. Highly recommend them.
