Fine Line Auto Body on Bethel Road does an excellent job, has excellent customer service and professional at each interaction. The repairs are so seamless such that I forgot they replaced my car’s bumper due to ice damage from a winter storm in 2022. Just this week I had my bumper again replaced because of an animal collision and the work done is again perfect. Thank you to the excellent technicians and staff! They also worked on our other family vehicle and the repair work done is perfect still after 3 yrs.

I had a pretty serious accident and did quite a lot of damage to the front of my car. Fine Line was great to work with. They were prompt with their estimate and the final bill was true to the estimate. We actually went out of the country and they helped facilitate the return of my rental car while we were away. The car was completed on the date promised and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Gave me unrealistic and overpriced quote of "thousands" for an extremely small job. Also continued to passive aggressively belittle me for buying a Kia. When i asked him, what could I do to fix this problem, he stated " Buy a Toyota or a Honda next time". So rude. The following day, I went to Dent Doctor off Henderson Rd and Kenny Rd. They gave me a quote of $136 and I had it fixed same day within two hours.

Absolutely amazing place and great staff!
Starting from Ben the manager with his top notch knowledge and leadership ,to Misty with her great customer service and quick response,Jake and Dustin the assistant managers knowing exactly what theyre doing. Also Sam the customer service manager and all the people working in the back, i got my car fixed so fast with great communication and excellent customer service, recommend this place so much i would give a 10 star if i could! I had significant damage to my car due to an accident that required replacement of front and rear bumpers. Damage pretty much to the entire underside of the car including a complete destruction of the exhaust. system and damage to the fenders. The repairs done were excellent. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Fine Line Auto body. Great job.

Daughter's fog light on our accord had a broken bracket and the light was barely attached. This happened about 48 hours before she was leaving to go back to college. I stopped in and the Team was able to work me into the very busy schedule, same day, and fixed the minor issue perfectly. Great service, great work. Thanks Fine Line!!!

Went in for an estimate after someone hit my truck at my apartment, Ben and Misty made sure everything with the repairs went smoothly and that I was updated throughout the repairs about what was being done with my truck. Couldn't be happier with the repairs.
