Your not a client ! Many banks are short on change as many businesses , groceries , and other stores are!I love the bank but I have had an account there 20 years! Well I thought I did like it at first but I can see that the rep I dealt with has a problem returning phone calls ..I'm still waiting almost 1 week now..not great custom service

I do not ever want to have a fifth third account again they are literally created to siphon money. I went negative in my account 5$ and replaced it that very moment. And the next day I woke up to a -73$ overdraft fee just because I didn’t pay it in 1 HOUR.
