Absolutely. The worst Fifth Third Bank I've ever been to. they take their good old Sweet time if you have thirty minutes to kill I suggest you go there thentime. No customer service, no smiles, and you sit in the drive through 20 minutes before they even acknowledge you.

After today and trying to get in touch with someone for two hours I feel like I need to look for another bank. I have no confidence in this bank. Me trying to get in touch with someone to inform them about the janky ATMs but they can't be bothered to answer the phone for customers.

I got scammed by fifth third Bank twice one from Cleveland Avenue location and the other from Kroger on sawmill Road location Columbus Ohio.And I just got mail from them that said that I made an $11 withdrawal from my debit card which is not activated yet.I went to the bank to close the account They said that I have to call the online customer service where no one answered the phone or returned the call

This place is a joke... the Somalian lady at the drive thru is by far one of the rudest people I’ve come into contact with. My bank breaks at work are starting to become an issue when I’m sitting at the bank for 45 mins! My receipt says she was teller #6 .

Very slow service. Expect a drive thru deposit to take minimum 15min. Last week took me almost 30 Min to deposit.

I called this morning and spoke with the guy I open my accounts with to get some information and he was very rude and disrespectful with his reply, I have to much money with this bank to go though this when I call for information.

Every time I go thru the spaceship doors I am welcomed with hellos! I appreciate the friendly staff and that they all seem to work together to get people in and out....even when they get them surly, mouthy, and rude ones... Now if they'd just accidentally slide a couple million dolla dolla bills in my account, that'd be swell .... ;)
