Visiting from out of state for an extended period of time in December, I needed a 5/3 Bank to handle some financial transactions that had been accumulating. When entering the bank I was greeted by Clayton Schindley (Clay). We sat down in his office and he proceeded to help me with my needs. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I left with all of my concerns addressed and a smile on my face. If I lived in the Grandview Heights area, Clay would be my go-to Personal Banker.

My bank should be able to accommodate my needs... If there is an online service to move money then, therefore I should be able to move MY MONEY.. but for some reason it's always under some kind of "maintenance".. then I get hit with an overdraft fee and yes I can get it waived but I my twice a year.. this bank is absolute trash and I intend on moving banks or non at all. So completely ridiculous

Avoid this branch if you are a business doing night drops. They are extremely unorganized.

I have been having good experiences at this location every time I go and I feel comfortable going here. The manager Dakota was great and solved my problem, he was also very informative without being pushy or condescending. Thank you Dakota!

This specific branch is lost when it comes to their products and services. I’m not saying fifth third as bad as a hole, but this branch is terrible and I would choose elsewhere.

This bank has on multiple occasions messed up my deposits and I’ve had to go back in to have them fix it. They need to train these people better.

Offers all products of a full service A level institution. I personally have held them as my primary bank for over 35 years running, try them , I truly feel you will NOT be disappointed. They actually do see you as more then an account #. In one of the most private and personal times in my life 5/3 at every contact,each new development not only worked with me but shed light in areas which I had none I cannot speak more highly of a bank then can I of Fifth-Third Bank.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They repossessed my car without notice . I am now trapped really far from home without any other options. They do not care about you at all

I don't use 5/3rd Bank for anything other than my car loan, but I can say that the entire process was really easy. When it came time to pay it off, this branch helped me wrap things up. Located directly off 5th street, you'll arrive to find a small parking lot and a guard outside. Once inside, you'll notice that the office is rather outdated, but the staff was happy to help. I had to meet with a banker to make my final payment and he explained everything to me in detail, including their new policies for releasing my car title. I was in and out of there in a jiffy.

Do not trust these people at all!! They are not educated and up to date with the companies policies at all. It is so bad that they screwed up my credit majorly and left me in a position that was 100% their fault and they offered no help. Then they owe me money back and it's been almost a year and they are using every excuse in the book to NOT refund my money!! They never answer the phones at the branch I have to go in just to talk to them. You would think people that handle y
