GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHENEVER I GO TO THE BANK I ALWAYS RECEIVE A SMILE OR A WAVE FROM BRANDON. HE'S PROFESSIONAL AND KIND WHENEVER I'M AT THE BANK DRIVE THROUGH. THE OTHER TELLER ARE GREAT TOO.

This is the WORST BRANCH I have ever been to!!!! The woman that works the front desk, the younger African American woman, has the WORST attitude in customer I have ever encountered! The officer that ‘Guards’ the establishment runs up behind this tiny blond woman that was upset about her account for obvious reasons that she couldn’t control and acts as if she was going to stick up the place. Fifth third bank, you completely failed when hiring these two arrogant and extremely rude customer service professionals, and I use the word professionals real lightly! I definitely will be contacting corporate come Monday morning. I’m just glad this didn’t happen to me because I would’ve taken it a whole different way than that sweet blonde lady.
The other times that I visited this branch a bigger African-American gentleman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They just happen to have two extremely bad apples with these women!

Walked into bank to pen a business account. I prevented all documents, answered all question. This process took 50 minutes. The banker excused herself for lunch. I was told when the other banker was finished with their client they would finish up my application. After waiting 15 minutes the banker I was waiting on told me he talked to the manager and she has to finish the application and will return in about 25 minutes. So unprofessional.

Teller was super nice. Very friendly and helpful.While getting something notarized though I was informed my 5/3 issued credit card was discontinued, and was recommended a new card as an alternative. I was under the impression that what was taking place was a product change, and historically product changes for CCs don’t require credit pulls . Once we got to the end of the process I was made aware that I had just signed for a hard credit pull for a new CC. I was on a journey of minimizing my CCs and this tactic felt very intrusive and dishonest. Likely won’t be returning as that event left a bad taste in my mouth

The employees at the Columbus bank are nasty and rude. They will even come out on the sidewalk to be rude to people on the sidewalk if they don't like what you are doing out in public.

Walked into this bank to make our business deposit. Waited. 10 mins without any of the tellers even acknowledging me I think all of them hate their jobs

The women whos office is next to the security gaurd need fired. I have never been to a business that an employee raises their voice and talks over you. I gave 2 stars because the teller and manager are great. I closed my account today and once I can edit my personal info off of the video i took today it will be posted.

Went in to set up a joint bank account with my partner, the banker at the front was pretty nice to us and ask as to wait while a banker became available, the manager herself ask us to give her a moment which we had no problem doing. But then a conversation with another employee began which at first sounded work related but turned into a full blown conversation about what they we’re going to their hair next lol. We sat there both dumb founded because opening an account takes some time and we had already been waiting, she just openly dismissed us and wasted our time! So glad we went to my bank that helped us right away.#teamusbank

They make up their own rules when you need to deposit checks or banking period..the customer service is horrible..wish I didn't have to use this bank.

Extremely rude. Would not take a cash deposit without an ID even with all the information provided.I have made deposits at this branch for 5 years without someone harassing me as much as the unkempt dirty looking manager on duty that looks like she hasn't washed her hair in 12 years. Clearly has a fragile ego it's amazing they put her in a position of management I would have guessed she was a random schizophrenic that wandered behind the counter.It was literally just about her trying to make me show an ID for a routine cash deposit that has never been an issue but she really wants to exercise authority she doesn't even have. She does not belong in management. I went to another branch where the manager there informed me that it was in fact not their policy and they should have been able to take my deposit with no issue. Because this one took my deposit with no issue and didn't even ask for me an ID.The other branch also informed me that locations can send out complaint forms attached to their branch ID but they refused and hung up on me after multiple request. Would not provide manager name either. Which the thing is they're just hoping I drop it but I'm not lol, I was on hold with the 1800 for 9 minutes just to leave a callback number because they want have supervisors in until Tuesday.I have both interactions with both bank branches recorded. I will be filing a formal complaint on Tuesday and closing my accounts, both personal and our family's buisness that day as well. I really hope that lady gets mental help honestly. So sad and pathetic to harass people trying to flex your middle management position on others in life. So cringe
