trying to get things taken care of by phone/email/online chat/the website was proving to be way too difficult and lengthy a process. my mother and i needed to transfer an account from her name into mine and were getting frustrated with how long things were taking remotely, so we went in and talked with jasmine. she is absolutely the best!! she got everything we needed taken care of quickly, efficiently, and kindly. we had a great time at our visit. we could not be happier with not only the quality of the customer service, but how jasmine took a process from being a pain into smooth sailing!

I originally went here because when It was very busy for tax season and misworded things about cashing a check, I came back and had a wonderful experience with Jasmine. She did a great job with helping me very quickly and understanding my problems and giving me resources ??

Every transaction that this location has done has been wrong. Not one thing has been done correctly! We would have gave them zero stars, but this was not an option.
They did not give us the tax advice that we should of received and that costs us thousand of dollars in additional taxes that we had to pay! Every transaction has had an error! The customer service is terrible!! The manager can't even give you the correct information. Find somplace else. This is a franchise and NOT a company branch. BEWARE!

Fidelity Investments is one of the most professional and customer focused companies I have ever done business with. This branch office in Polaris is very professional and helpful. We have never had a bad experience with fidelity and have been a long term client. Over the years we have done some business with other investment firms but no one has treated us as well as fidelity.

They are the worst. For a few days to jump through hoops to access your account while things are fluid and you want to make transactions? Never ever will they help you in down markets. Lose your sign in and make it hard to jump what you are allowed.

Fidelity gambles away your money on the stock exchange loses about 2 hundred thousand but that ok bill don't need it.

Shannon Bullock, since becoming marketing manager of Fidelity Life you have made my life a living hell with your endless bot attacks on my personal email account. How can I trust a company that buys and sells my personal information?. The funny thing is that, when I tried to send an email to you, personally, or even your company email; it was returned saying that your mailbox was full. Since you love mass marketing so much, including spam mail, why don't you publish your REAL email so that we can return the favor and sell it to scammers? I will not be using Fidelity Life so please take me off your mailing lists.

I'm getting old. Well, I'm already old, but I'm starting to think about retirement. Our company's 401k is through them, plus they do more general retirement services. So I went to their website, and talked to an advisor on the phone, and then came in here for a meeting. Learned a lot at every step. Went through a bunch of options, made some decisions about which direction to head, nothing definite yet but at least I know where I'm going now. The website is easy to use, the phone advisor was good, and the service at this location was good as well. It's convenient near the highway. Comfy inside. Updated with nice furniture and big computer screens to go over options. Jeff was down to earth and knowledgeable. I'll be back. Hopefully soon.
