Paid for overnight shipping, took over 6 days. Still don’t have even, even though I no longer need thanks to horrible shipping. Use UPS

Went to pick my package & they said “You already picked it up”….when I informed them that I didn’t pick it up. They didn’t help…had to call corporate.

This will be the 3rd time me or my wife have had to go to this one for the same package. They don't communicate with each other, so one one doesn't know what the next one did. Customer service needs some work.
