Mind numbingly slow, staff will laugh and make side jokes if you bring in multiple packages and joke about “tell me how you really feel” which is so strange considering it’s ur job and the customer is paying???? Weirdest energy from the front desk lady Julie working Thursday afternoon and the guy helping her. Took almost 30 minutes and multiple times of typing in the address to get anything done, wanted to tear my hair out - not coming back

I was in the area doing a seminar and needed some copies made. Jennerica (Hope I spelled it right) was super helpful in assisting me . Overall, very pleasant experience for as busy as they were.

After waiting 15 minutes and watching the supervisor argue with a customer about a box, I was informed that they had failed to follow my printing directions and would have to reprint my order (as the same supervisor wanted to argue with me about how she was right). Definitely won't recommend, and I'll be considering my business printing happening elsewhere. Terrible customer experience.

The guy and the lady at this store are extremely courteous, cheerful, professional, and helpful. This is much better than the Blacklick post office.

I use this location all the time. They are always very courteous and helpful. Most of the time they also had a beautiful smile on their face. That can be very challenging sometimes with certain customers. I will definitely continue going to this location.

Machines dont work. Staff wont get off phone long enough to help you. Ended up walking out without getting any service.
