Very unfriendly. Had to do two trips the last two weeks. You scan your packages at the door if you have a label and drop in bin. The scanner doesn’t work correctly so you have to scan several times to get the right prompt to come up. Service people don’t like to help without making you feel bad even though there is no ine else in the store. If you bring the package to them they give you attitude. I will not be returning.

Had a tricky print job that neither Staple or UPS could help me with, the two Easton FedEx employees working on 4/30 made quick work of it! Watched them go above and beyond for multiple customers while I was there. Super stars!

I went to this store to pick up a few colored prints I ordered online. When I picked up, I noticed the prints did not come out how I had intended and asked if they had misread my order. Even though it was my mistake because I neglected to save the edits I made to my order before submitting, the employees kindly reprinted for me and showed me and my daughter how to use the paper cutter. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness they showed me. Thank you!

The truth is, I have gone to pick up my packages on several occasions at this branch, but Michael had never helped me before, who on this occasion was very rude and offensive. I showed him my tracking number and my ID from the consulate of my country, as always, but He said that my ID was of no use to him and that he would not check anything if I did not have a US government ID or Columbus License, to which I told him to give me a sufficient reason... if he only wanted to pick up my package, the same thing he had my name and it was on my ID, which he didn't check and he told me that if I had a passport and obviously I do, he made me go get it, luckily I had it in my truck but if I didn't have it I would have to go to my house for it ... I think it is an establishment where they put the trust in our belongings. FeDex should pay more attention to their staff since I don't think only I have suffered this discrimination.

As I am just leaving the FedEx store here I am very upset. I asked to print a label out via email and I was charged $2.95 for one piece of paper which is ridiculous and which after she gives it to me she tells me had I done it on their computer. It would've been six cents!!!!!Do Not be bothered with this business. They obviously are out for the money and not looking to save the customer in any way, shape or form I took the copy only because I'm in a hurry and I'm really not happy about it. Buyers beware?

I ordered something from Amazon, and it was delivered today, they used FedEx to deliver I don't know why, but the TV stand was heavy and they left it on the first floor stairs, it could have been stolen, am on the second floor, and am 100pound female, when I checked on the website it said delivered, then I went downstairs and I found my package just laying their as if I got it for free, while it was expensive, how can anyone be so unprofessional by leaving someone's product on the stairs, I have another item still waiting but they sent it through FedEx, I just hope it won't get lost, please amazon stop using FedEx, when you are shipping out items

We paid $100 to express ship an important bank document. We needed the document to arrive in a few days. We were told it would take about 3. The bank reciepent literally had to drive to the Fed ex office to pick it up because it was not delivered....and that was a week after the scheduled delivery time. So instead of FedEx refunding our payment, they said the document was refused by recipient. The reciepent literally drove to the FedEx office to pick it up because it was not delivered. Very bad business practice. Fedex in not sticking to the refund policy. Will not use FedEx again for any reason...personal or business.

Very rude service member. Directly addressed with the manager when the member continued to be rude. Do better people, there is no sense in being rude to customers.
