I am grateful that I do not live in this city and my encounter with the manager today will probably be my last. The manager was dismissive and rude, barely acknowledging my questions. When I asked for further clarification regarding my printer issue, she became visibly impatient, cutting me off mid-sentence and speaking in a condescending tone.

This FedEx is absolutely amazing. I, being an idiot, packaged the plating phone to return back to the manufacturer. Called them and explained what happened, they pulled the package and said to hurry as the truck was leaving at 5 and we had called at 4:42. Got there and made the swap. These people are great and deserve a raise!

I printed some posters and a sign for my wedding. Start to finish it was an outstanding experience. The portal was easy to use, the speed at which they printed the items was literally within 1-2 days at no additional charge, and they all came out in perfect condition. The store staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and were friendly and personable throughout my entire interaction with them. My items were all given to me individually packaged with special corner protectors to ensure safe travel. I will definitely be using the FedEx print service again!

There was no wait for service. I was greeted and offered help the moment I walked in and seemed confused about which envelopes to use, and overall, I received exceptionally friendly, helpful and personable service. I received a lot of assistance with actually packaging up items to send to four different individuals, patience as I looked up addresses, phone numbers, and names, and great prices and turnaround times for personal shipping. I sincerely appreciated it!
