I had a package scheduled for delivery on yesterday 6/2/2024, and the driver didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Just marked the package as "attempted delivery, business closed" and went right on buy. Tried calling FedEx and everything is automated so I couldn't even talk to an agent to try and discuss what was going on with the package. This is so unprofessional. FedEx should do a better job at actually hiring drivers that want to do their job, and do away with the automated mess they have going on especially if they have paid for delivery if a package, and they deliver the package how they want to, and when they want to. This is disgusting.
