An order for about $200 worth of cat litter I didn't place was charged to my card and delivered to me. The box came damaged but still intact. I do not keep large boxes laying around and brought it back to this location. Woman refused to ship it without repacking it and them charging me for the privilege. FedEx was responsible for the damaged box and should have offered to place it in another box without charge. This was a worthless 20 minute trip and it's quite frustrating.

Handy. Needed to fax something, so I swung by. They were a little busy, and seemed a bit annoyed by customers. But eventually one guy helped me, and was friendly and patient.Faxes are expensive- send online if possible. But, I was paying for convenience, and it was simple and quick. One stop shop for printing, packages, etc., so I'm sure I will be back someday.

I asked if the had an item in the store the clerk said I dont know you will have to look! I walked out.

Note there are no FedEx printers at Walgreens/FedEx location there so you cannot do 'print and go' self printing jobs.

FedEx drivers are lazy, and don't even attempt delivery before pushing the 'customer not available/route blocked' button. Every package I have delivered has issues where FedEx fabricates a story that they made a delivery attempt but they don't actually show up. There is no excuse for this.

I was able to get everything done self service, which I love. Plenty of parking, store is clean, and it was easy to select and pay for services. Two thumbs up.

They, FedEx Kinko employees, are usually helpful based on my experiences, but not this time as of Apr 8 on Friday morning shift employees. Young sknny guy didn't want to help me out how to send email from my cell phone files. He said "I have an I phone, I don't know anything about android phone", he walked away. The lady (ugly one) said "we told you that you need to send it by email, okay?" Well, time to walk away from this place and never come back.

I've been using this FedEx location for years going all the way back to when it was a Kinko's copy center. It's convenient with lots of free parking and has a variety of printing and shipping options available. The hours used to be a lot wider and longer open, but it is a good option to have available despite the more limited opening times currently available.

I visited this FedEx to ship a couple packages and had a great experience. Susan and Jamie were friendly and helpful, and I was in and out in a few minutes.

I've had plenty of terrible experiences trying to ship packages at various stores. This location has always been fast and friendly, never had any issues and they usually are well-staffed.
