I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The older man working there is extremely rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t listen to customers, talks in a very harsh tone, and constantly makes people feel unwelcome with the way he looks and responds.
On top of that, he repeatedly messes up orders, which only adds to the frustration. It’s shocking how little regard he has for basic customer service or respect.
I would not recommend this place at all. No matter how good the product might be, dealing with such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior makes it absolutely not worth it.

I've purchased fresh meat from here many times, and I must say, this is the best and freshest meat I could get in the entirety of Columbus, OH. They keep the store clean and tidy and it does not smell foul inside like other meat shops do. This is a must recommended store to buy meat

Very rude customer service. Elderly person who is at counter doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. I highly recommend to avoid this store. I left the store without purchasing due to their lack of customer support and respect.

Worst place to even think about

Scammers. Chicken was 4.4 lbs when weighed at the shop. It reduced to 3 lbs when I weighed at home. Wish I could give 0 stars.
