They have completely redone the store front to back! Everything is changed for the better!! It looks so much better in there, it's so much easier to find what you need & so many options!! The employees are great always super nice and helpful!!

Misty the store manager was rude about changing the price of my tub. On 10/30/2023 at 5pm. I will NEVER shop with family dollar again. The price difference was $2 and she couldn’t even fix the price. Customer service was awful. I can’t believe family dollar was such a bad company! Not for customers don’t value customers. I will go else where to shop.

I've been calling every now and then for 3 hours no answer rings for 4 min then drops. I've been wanting information on my application but get attitude for calling and asking about it. Seriously, nobody is going to want to work there with the hiring managers attitude and nobody answering the phone when it's there job. Fast food management sucks but at least they act like they want workers and answer the phone.

Went in looking for one thing..the cashier was very very friendly and apologized that I asked him to help me find something..had he have not been there I probably would have went elsewhere cause the two other associated that worked had a lousy attitude and a unfriendly demeaner

Would have given them no stars but couldn’t. Had to drive all the way to west Jefferson to get a refund on some solar lights that the store mgr Carissa says are electronics and would only allow a exchange in the electronics department with a receipt. West Jefferson store had no problem said they were lawn and garden. I’ll never buy from that store again. And I did call their corporate office for having to go out of my way and spend gas as high as it is. Thanks Carissa

This is honestly one of my favorite stores. I can go here for food, drinks, household items, and even to buy things for my car. It literally has it all!

This location was clean and organized. Easy to find what you're looking for quickly. There were only 2 staff that we seen. The lady that checked us out was not very friendly.
