Debbie should be fired! She’s extremely rude and always making comments under her breath. I don’t think she should be working with the public anywhere. This is the worst location because of staff.

First off one of the managers is rude, she looks like a garden gnome. You have to be a smoker to work there, looks like an AA meeting in there. Believe you me, all employees there are in some type of recovery

I will be contacting family dollar corporate office Monday in regards to my horrible experience at this location today and the unprofessionalism I witnessed towards other customers as well. A cashier and a supervisor were both acting and speaking very unprofessionally. The cashier asking people to leave their bookbags up front I'm guessing incase people steal but refused to put the bookbag behind the counter and insisted that we leave the bookbag out in the open on the floor near the exit door where anyone can steal it and leave. Like if you don't trust people to walk through your store with their bookbag, then why should we trust leaving our bookbag by the door if you are use to thieves being in your store then have the common courtesy to leave the bookbag behind the cashier counter. The supervisor was yelling in front of customers in agreement with the cashier stating we should leave the bookbag on the floor near the exit door instead of behind the counter.

I come in there sometimes with children saying Hello or How you doing to the children is acceptable. Drilling them about schools or getting mad because I ask them to be quit while at cashier going over my money is NOT acceptable. You don't talk to strangers in which YOU are and you are NOT family. Some have crossed the lines multiple times and now it's just plain wrong because if I came at your children the way you have mine it's just plain creepy. Then you want to have to be rude in wrong when the person behind me says how nice of a grandmother I am by rolling your eyes and groaning. Stay in your place.
