Our go-to hotel at the airport. Staff is always quick and pleasant. The hotel is close to the airport, is clean and tidy, and has a shuttle.

Rooms: Nice room, clean bathroom and quiet considering we were at the airport. I didn’t even hear a plane so it was very nice. Thank you.

This is the worst hotel ever! Horrible staff.. the room was so dirty I had to ask for new sheets . It smelled like marijuana through the whole building. Once I found a bed bug I left .. don’t go here

Stayed Thursday through Sunday and not once was my room touched, Trash was never taken out.
Lobby closes at 10 apparently. We had our softball team here and we were enjoying each others time in the lobby and they just shut the lights off on us. So we continued on with our the lights and the staff threatened to call the cops on us.
Ironically enough their attempted use of local police was laughable. I say this because 2 of our families were victims of crime on their property. One family's truck was broken into and tossed and the other family got their truck stolen completely.
Their breakfast in the morning consist of a "Belgian sugar waffle" basically a waffle with surprise chunks of sugar in it.

I have to say that is the best staff
The receptionists are very kind helpful and human
The man that works there is very helpful and friendly also Nicole
I mention that they speak spanish too
The rooms were clean
By far the best experience in my life
Better that wyndham for sure
It’s worth it and they have digital services on the tv like YouTube netflix
AWESOME EXPERIENCE
Walkability: Very close to the airport and you get free transportation

If you need a hotel right by the Columbus airport, just book this one. I scoured the reviews of all the other ones around and this one had the best by far, and my experience aligned with that. The staff was so kind and welcoming, the room truly was spotless, the breakfast was actually good, and the pool was lovely. Spend the extra $30 bucks, and have an actual enjoyable time. It’s worth it!

Clean hotel in the airport. Proximity is the best thing but constant noise from airplanes bothered me to fall asleep. They seem to run a shuttle in a regular basis even though i did not use it.
I tried to purchase a drink and a cup of ramen noodle but the staff wasn’t available for more than 15mins.
So there are definitely a lack of hands, just like rest of us experiencing these days and airplane noise would definitely bother you.

While this hotel is serviceable the staff are absolutely terrible. As a titanium member one of the biggest reasons I choose Marriott is the guaranteed 4pm check out. The front desk here refused and to make matters worse would not say what manager was on duty and pointed to a bunch of business cards that had no way to get ahold of anyone. I expect better out of Marriott properties. Very disappointing. I would think twice about this one there are plenty of better properties around Columbus. As someone who has traveled for over two decades and has stayed at thousands of Marriott properties, it is disappointing when you run into a place that does not meet the brand promise. This is one of them.
