I came from Northern Michigan in the middle of nowhere, where everyone was a mechanic or carpenter. I was here for ten years before I found the previous co owner, who assisted me for about 12 years. I lucked out that you, the new owner is just as awesome. It's a very big compliment because Columbus and the surrounding area is huge and very few awesome mechanics/business owners. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend Khaled to assist you in all of your mechanical endeavors.

This was my first time going to Car Care! They are so friendly and nice. The prices are very affordable. Andre did the work on my car, and let me tell you My Impala is running nice and smooth. They get the job done and are very honest about whatever is going on with your vehicle. Andre went above and beyond for me! I truly appreciate him.

Came here a couple months ago to get the heat in my car fixed. Took a little over an hour for my car to be checked, he told me something was broken in my dash and they would order it and let me know when it got delivered so I can come in to get it fixed later that next week. Spent $100 in advance, then a week goes by and I don’t hear anything back. I ended up calling, and the other person who works there answered, and he seemed to not know at all that my car had been checked and I prepaid $100 and that they needed to order a part for me. He told me to come in again and that they’d check it again (?) but I explained that it was already checked, I already prepaid $100 for the service, all they said previously was that they needed to order a part for me then they’d let me know when i can come in to get the heat fixed. They ended up never ordering the part still even after all of those phone calls and conversations. Now I’m down $100 for no apparent reason and my heat is still broken. Just in time for winter. Really felt like a scam, just make sure you take note of everything and are smart if you come to this place. Very disappointed.

This place is joke. I went there to replace back wheel bearing and front breaks rollers and pads. He spent 12h on my wheel bearing he couldn't get it out then I asked him to put stuff back together because I need my car for work I am on call at my job. He didn't put the stuff together right, he forgot to put back 2 screws to my wheel bearing hub and 2 screws in my caliper . I got my car with 3 signs on the next day I have no breaks I called him an he told me to back tomorrow. I went to his shop driving 11 mi without breaks and he told me I will fix your car but I will charge you extra $220 and it was his fault. I went to another place to get my car fixed. Do not trust this shop!

The owner Calvine tried to pay me to falsely write good and positive reviews ,but honestly this place is a joke , unprofessional people ,rude,and they got no idea or experience about cars ,take care and check on line before you send your car to unknown shops like this one .

I dealt with the mechanic shop that was in the same spot before car care auto service. I went back to what I thought was the same business, but it is now under new ownership. The new owner was wonderful and very easy to work with. His prices were very fair.

Staff was friendly and I felt comfortable with the estimate. Will be taking my other car that I got a really high estimate somewhere else. To have another estimate done I trust Would definitely recommend Car Care Auto Service
