Employees are rude. They didn’t have a tag on their clothing, asked me to go get another shirt so they can scan it. I don’t work there and I didn’t feel comfortable holding up the line. So I said forget it and didn’t purchase a shirt I really liked and wanted. I’m just saying… poor customer service. I won’t return. I’m sure the employees won’t care about losing a customer anyway.

Customer service is for the birds. I walked around for 20 min and nobody acknowledged me. I did observe 2 associates chit chatting.

I have mixed feelings about Express for a few reasons but most of them are just due to personal taste. There clothes are affordable and always on sale, although often aren't my personal style. They sell a lot of dress clothes, statement pieces, and other pretty items that look designer inspired. Having said that, I love how their jeans fit and come in so many sizes. I also have found some amazing basics at great prices. I do most of my shopping online but stopped in on Friday to make a few returns. It was the weirdest thing. Because they were unable to look up my phone number they weren't able to complete the returns despite me pulling up all of the information on my account on my phone with my Express ID, order number, tags on, and the sale was less than a month ago. It was so strange. The manager was not very empathetic about it either. It was like what decade are we in? However, I called customer service yesterday and they were very helpful and went back in yesterday since we were going to be at Polaris anyways. The manager working yesterday was amazing however and went up and beyond to make it right. She was so nice and helpful. I thought her name would be on the receipt but it's not so whoever was working last night, thanks again.

Amazing customer service! I came in on my lunch break to do an exchange and Haley did an amazing job and got me in and out with enough time to get food and get back to work! Highly recommend!

This Express location has gone so down hill, it is not even funny! I wish I could leave a 0 star review, because this has been one of my worst experiences at a store before & as you can tell, I NEVER leave bad reviews, I am pretty easy to make happy!! From the moment we stepped into the store we were judged, I completely understand it was later, but not even close to closing time, so enough from the side eyes from the employees thank you very much! My bf got the store's most expensive pants for a wedding I had to attend to, as my guest, they are cropped/plaid & snagged all over legit during the wedding ceremony, my bf couldn't even touch the pants without causing a snag, horrible quality for the $150 he paid for them!! I feel so bad for him, bc I was like, "maybe it's just a bad pair, so if you can talk to them/exchange them" as he did of course. The store had the audacity to tell him they barely noticed the snags, AFTER ONLY WEARING THEM FOR A FEW HOURS!! I live by the Golden Rule, treat others how you want to be treated, if this you guys, you know you would be mad too & they didn't even care & laughed in his face!! Absolutely unbelievable customer service. I will never be back there after giving them my business for years!! All he was asking for was an exchange, not even his money back.

Layona and her intern were excellent! They helped me out on my birthday and went the extra mile to find me clothes that would fit me. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.Only qualm I had was the quality of the suits, I wanted to buy one but it didn’t feel right.

I followed my wife into this place, she gathered a wide variety of goods then went into a change room.. I nearly fell asleep standing up waiting for her to emerge from the room. When she did we just started round two. I'm joking of course, the store was clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly and very experienced with the offerings.Keep up the great work every one.

Layona and the guy who is a model in the yellow shirt were so so so helpful. Layona gave my brother so many recommendations and found the perfect fit for him. Because of them it was an even better experience than going to Joseph A. Banks or Brooks Brothers! If there’s any other place I can provide positive feedback please let me know!
