I own "Kiss My Ash Smoke Shop & Gifts". I've been doing business with Epic as long as they've been open. Everyone I deal with are always very professional & know their inverntory. The owner is cool as can be, and all orders are handled very quickly. On the rare occasion that an item is left out of an order, they handle it as soon as I let them know.I wish all my vendors ran their warehouses like this. Give 'em a try!

I would recommend this company and Nikki if you're looking for great products, great prices, and great customer service. I absolutely love , Nikki she is a awesome rep, I feel like I've known her all my life, I've been dealing with her for a few years now and I couldnt ask for a better rep (friend), she makes me feel like family. I would give her and the company a 10 star if I could thank you Nikki and Epic Wholesale you have a customer for life.

These guys are a class act! They have EVERYTHING my shop needs on a regular basis. Thomas (and the rest of the sales team) go above and beyond to satisfy! These guys have been in the industry so long, they know their stuff. My sales have gone up significantly since I started working with Epic, and carrying their exclusive brands Keep! Keep up the good work guys and gals!

I have been doing business with Greg and his great staff at Epic for ten years! It’s awesome to know these folks will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Never a complaint with our relationship after all these years.

They will not ship all your order, and then they will tell you to make a claim with shipping to which will result maybe in a refund of $100. They will then offer to ship the items but you will have to pay for the order again. We kept getting g told our items had been re-shipped, we got 3 emails saying so. Then the last email said they would ship them bit only after we paid for it, but no way would anyone pay twice for something never received.

We didn't receive a large portion of our order. They kept saying fedex lost it, but they shipped 5 boxes and we received 5 boxes, so the problem was with the wholesaler not the shipping entity. We lost over $1000, and they refuse to do anything except they told us to make a claim with FedEx which would only result in $100. They then said we could get our items but we would have to oay for them again.

We have been doing business with Epic for a few years and I cannot say enough about this Company. Riley and Alex are the best! Customer service is exemplary. They have been instrumental in holding us up during the unprecedented pandemic we are all living through.What a great example, of what it truly is to support local businesses and people in general.
