I work in the insurance industry and Ben went above and beyond to assist with my policy holders reservation. Greatly appreciated!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from the Enterprise branch on Goodale, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the customer service was exceptional. Tylor, one of the employees at this location, went above and beyond to ensure my rental process was smooth and stress-free. Tylor's professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out, making me feel valued as a customer. The vehicle I rented was in pristine condition, and the entire rental process was efficient and well-organized. The staff at this Enterprise location demonstrated a commitment to excellence that is often hard to find.Overall, my experience with this Enterprise was outstanding, thanks in no small part to the exceptional service provided by Tylor. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a reliable and customer-focused rental car service. Kudos to Tylor and the entire team for making my rental experience easy and stress-free.

The workers here are so rude. I have had to keep extending my rental and because of this I ended up putting the wrong card down (with regards to sending limit) and when I called to change the card the man I spoke to was rude and hostile to me. I work in customer service so I get it and I try and be understanding. He starting saying all these rude and untrue things, about how my car was “way past due” and I told him I kept extending it online and thought I was fine because I got confirmation emails. He said in the rudest tone ever “that I have been calling you everyday for the past week.” I work and I am also helping to plan my grandma’s funeral so I really haven’t been listening to my voicemails and again, I thought everything was fine because I would get confirmation emails about my extension. I also got a vaguely threatening email saying how they were going to send my account to collections (or enterprises equivalent). I tried to put a new card down the same day when I realized the current one wouldn’t work anymore and they treated me like I was trying to steal the car or get out of paying or something. If I could give -5 stars I would, but please be aware and avoid this location at all costs.

I dont often leave one star reviews, but the customer service at this location was poor. When you book it doesn't reflect the actual availability of the vehicles. This is understandable, but the manner in which the representative was able to assist wasn't. Instead of trying to assist with getting the reservation completed at a nearby location they just left the responsibility on me to call around and find a suitable vehicle. This is why I usually rent from Hertz. I ended up spending hours of my day calling and driving to other enterprise locations.

My experience with this location has been a nightmare. I was told to go to the Grandview Heights location in August 2023 to get a car for my progressive claim after accidents. I've been charged almost 800.00 for an insurance rental by Enterprise. That should have been and is covered by my Progressive Insurance. 1st for my insurance claim they told me they had no vehicles they could find me in Columbus. August 22, 2023. Anywhere in the Columbus local branches. I was told by the manager at the Grandview Heights location that all of Columbus was on a rental Freeze and had no rentals available. We called around and other branches confirmed this information. The Manager at this locations told me I'd have to go to the Columbus John Glenn Airport Location to rent the vehicle. The manager stated That he could switch the rental over to his location with the progressive insurance policy. They would just return the car, credit money from the rental agreement and re-rent out the vehicle. The manager did not transfer or notify the Airport i'd be picking up a vehicle. Or even request any vehicle from the airport location. The manager did not honor or do any of the steps to correct the billing. Clearly I fronted the money by renting the vehicle. That was supposed to be refunded back to me. That was never done. I returned to the Grandview Heights location and tried to return the vehicle for another vehicle. There were no vehicles to rent again. The manager told me that I'd need to stay in that Nissan Murano and take the vehicle for an oil change since I couldn't return the vehicle. I could only take the vehicle to Firestone for an oil change as it was a preferred vendor of Enterprise. Then having been given a vehicle for more than a month. After that, they continuously called me and asked me when i was returning the vehicle. Even though they had all the claim information available to them and had been in contact with my claim examiner. As well as had been in contact with me biweekly since the original rental issues. They opened several contracts extending the rental... NOW after returning the vehicle September 21st or 22nd. While I was in the hospital with severe COVID infection, Viral Pneumonia chest infection, and a blood infection (from all the stress of the past two months). They continued to call and ask me where the vehicle was and charged me an additional 168.00. Enterprise did not follow up with the garage or my telling them it was returned. I've called and been spoken rudely to by one of the employees. I believe his name is Rodney? He stated that "i wasn't owed a refund because my rental was not under any insurance claim." He stated he would escalate it after 20 minutes on the phone arguing with me. That never happened either. I called today a week later and got Evan the manager who should remember me since i've only spoken to him ever other week for the last two months. However, Evan doesnt remember the rental freeze, not having vehicles, my getting the oil change, trying to trade the vehicle in, having to pick up the vehicle, calling me ever. He also said that didnt appreciate me "talking to him the way I was" When I was stating that and felt i was being rude when i asked him to please acknowledge all of this. Because i've been charged several hundreds of dollars by the airport and him. That should have been already credited back to me, as well as never charged. Which is his problem... as manager. That he should have made sure should not have happened. Since he CLEARLY knows who I am and is pretending he doesn't remember any of this. Since he is who i have been communicating with about all of this from the beginning. I told him i could come down there and remind him what i looked like and what my dog looked like since he forgot. He could take a picture. I've worked in Human Resources for 20 years and this type of unprofessional complete disaster of behavior is just ridiculous. The amount of money that has been charged to me is fraudulent to say the lea

I called near a little while before they closed on Saturday, and they left me on hold until 10 minutes after they were closed (at which point the system hung up on me) so they didn't have to take my call. Drive to the Cherrybottom location, the customer service is excellent there.

After an absolutely horrible experience with staff at this office after using a rental car for a few weeks, the district manager, John Weinman, contacted me asking what happened and how he could make it right. I told him that I was going out of town the next month and that a heavily discounted rental car could do the trick. He seemed more than happy to help the situation and after a little phone tag, he eventually sent me the link with the “discounted” cars. The link seemed to not be working because none of the prices were discounted compared to the regular website. I told him about it and he asked for details then said he would call me back in 15 minutes. I NEVER HEARD BACK! I texted two days later asking if he ever figured it out and no response. So I went on my trip and spent an ungodly amount of money on a Hertz rental after his employees treated my mom and I with disrespect and dishonesty and I received false hope from him for an attempt to make the situation right after HE reached out initially. I never went looking for a solution until he offered. So thanks a lot John. I never got that survey he asked me to fill out positively when I got it so I hope this works instead.

Parking: This location has a tight parking lot, I had to park my truck here while I rented a car for the day to drive to Cleveland for work, but there were not many available spots to park in. I can see this being an issue, so be aware that you might not have a place to park your personal vehicle. 2 stars Front Desk Employees: Let me start by saying I booked an SUV and paid for an SUV. The employee was friendly. Employee asked if I wanted a Nissan or a Volkswagen, so I chose VW, then I go outside and realize they gave me a small car.... I paid for an SUV. 1 star Rental Car: The car that I was provided was old and has almost 70k miles. Immediately after starting the car a message popped onto the screen saying "Service Needed Immediately", accurate representation of all the cars I've received from Enterprise branches. 1 star Total score: 1.3 stars

The customer service at this location is straight GARBAGE.... I would rate this Columbus location a negative 5 stars if it was possible. This location closes at 5:30 (which I was unaware of), and I arrived at 5:32pm. via Uber from the airport. The 3 employees inside didn't have empathy for their customers, who were 2 minutes late and from a different state stranded. I wonder what their corporate office would think about that.

I had an issue but James helped make it right. He is an extremely hard worker doing everything with hardly any help and serving customers. I was in and out very quickly and on the road with my rental.

Just go to another branch to rent your car if you’re an OSU (or international) student.

I had the WORST experience here. I used enterprise through my insurance when my car was totaled. I ended up needing to extend my rental so I started paying out of pocket after insurance and James, the manager, was incredibly rude and made everything so difficult for me when I was already having a difficult time given losing my car. The blonde girl that works there was great and started a contract for me for 30 days so I could have time to find a new car to buy since my last one was vandalized and totaled. One week after i paid the deposit and signed the contract , James told me the blonde worker messed up and gave me the wrong rate and said i needed to come in and sign a new contract after I was just told the week before i wouldn’t have to come back in for 30 days. I had already paid a deposit the week prior and James was being so rude and not even apologizing for the situation and wouldn’t even try to help make it right. As a manager , he could have honored the mistake his worker made but he had 0 compassion and was so rude to me. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. James should not be a manager. I ended up turning the car in the next day because the service was so incredibly bad. I dropped the car off and James was working, I asked for a 5 min ride home down the street and he told me to get an uber. I am disgusted by the treatment here and lack of empathy / willingness to make things right for their mistakes. Absolutely horrible experience.
