Wanted to express our thanks to Yolanta at the front desk
Had several interactions with her over the couple of days we were there and I felt like she was our personal concierge.
As always the breakfast staff did their jobs to perfection
Being that our son has moved to the area, we will be back

Room is clean and beds are comfy, The hotel is really close to the airport. Everyone who works at the hotel are friendly and helpful. My only downside is that the hallway on our floor really needs to be cleaned/vacuumed.

Had a little suite, it was nice. Felt like a mini apartment. It’s nice to have a living room rather than a studio type room. Definitely felt like a 1 bedroom apartment.

First off back in the day Embassy was the place to stay. Well not anymore I stopped booking with them because there is always a bunch of kids having sleepovers there and they run around without supervision. Well this will be my last time booking any Hilton Brand Hotels. This Embassy was by far the dirtiest one I've been too. When you first walk in the entry way looks nice but as you walk around the furniture was too dirty to even sit on it looks disgusting. As we proceeded to our room the hallway carpet is dirty and old floors creaking. The room was even worse, not updated everything was the original furniture they had when it was built. The carpet was so stained we didn't take off our shoes. Then I was gonna take a shower and the water didn't drain out. At this point I was annoyed and canceled my future days and the front desk changed our room due to the tub and maintenance was not working at that time. The manager apologize and said he was gonna give us pointa because we are Hilton Honors well he can keep those little 2000 points because I will not be a Hilton Honor member anymore. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location, staff, breakfast. For the price they are charging this hotel need to be refurbished big time.

My wife and I booked a weekend for a staycation. Up on check-in, we were informed of there as a reception from 5:30 to 7:00 everyday. Each guest receives two drinks at the bar and white hors d'oeuvres. Bank of America is strong in the morning. There's a full breakfast starting at 6:30 with May to order omelets. For the price you can add for much more.

Very uneducated staff. Not friendly and absolutely rude. The front desk staff needs better customer service skills. Stayed here for work three times and it's the last for me. I tend not to leave negative reviews but last night broke the camels back for me.

The only reason I give this amazing hotel a 4 is because every morning the beverage dispenser was broke . All that good breakfast and Amazon omelette but nothing to wash it down. Didn’t even have pitchers of water out. Staff extremely nice and room was top notch. Keep up the good work just ice us juice for breakfast

I was a recent guest in Room 314 Thursday to fri my daughter had an emergency and the ambulance was needed. I want to thank the over night staff for being very attentive to my family and I and for their quick response with making sure the ambulance was called. I can’t thank you guys enough

So much is wrong.
• check in: gave us the wrong room
• NO door handle exists in order to close the door when using the restroom - it’s just plywood where a knob should be (see photo). House keeping came up and said “yeah it’s broken” and then just left without offering a solution.
• red stains on the curtains (see photo)
• and the WEIRDEST one: the toilet bubbles when you run the water in the sink which I’ve never even knew was possible (see video)
• the switch in the bedroom is broken
• black stain on the mirror
• no door to the closet on the closet hinges (see photo)
•burn? mark on the wall (see photo)

The staff is absolutely amazing! Ashley in the dining area and the bartender (I can't remember her name) were so friendly, quick and always had a smile on their face. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few things left in our room from the last guests, like a sock next to the couch and some garbage under the desk, and the ice machines were out of order on multiple floors. Not the end of the world but couldn't give it 5 for those reasons.
Rooms: If you have kids try and request a room on the airport side so they can watch the planes take off!
Food and drinks: The evening reception was great. The breakfast was also delicious and always kept full!

Their restaurant was recommended as the hotel where we were staying didn’t offer meals. We had vouchers from a cancelled flight and this staff worked so hard to get those vouchers to work. The staff was friendly and understanding and our meal was fantastic! Patrick, Vivian, and a 3rd staff member whose name we didn’t get went above and beyond to make our meal a positive experience. ???
