On July 5th, did some returns to the store, there was nothing wrong with my returns, all the items were on my online account, I asked to use my account for the return as I had items from multiple online orders, thinking it’s the best way of doing it based on my many previous returns to the same store. Always had a wonderful customer service, but this time the young lady (never met her before), made my return painful. I did everything to make it as easy as possible but received an attitude back during the entire process. To my question why this is so painful this time I could only feel the attitude. To my question at the final stage of the return if there is a manager available, she said she is the one. I was shocked. The other manager wasn’t much helpful due to lack of certain skills but at least he was pleasant.
My family is or maybe was now a loyal customer to the store for decades and I loved the staff and customers service was always nice. But it seems like not anymore. Disappointed. Definitely will think twice if I want to go there again.

Can't give much of a review here..long line, would have taken at least an hour to get in...people were coming out with trash bags filled..so guessing great price or at least good priced for online resale which is what I think those who got there early were doing...

Still over-priced merchandise made in Bangladesh and else where. If you like that stuff, then go here and buy it cheaper but still over-priced. It's clean and staff is always friendly.

Their price on down coats isn't bad, but most everything else is a bit pricey the way they run their 'sales'.I shop at the Columbia Outlet a lot and there is no comparison on deals between the two stores.That being said, I do believe that EB makes good products and I like them.I just wish their outlet was a bit more outletty lol.MERRY CHRISTMAS!
