I bought a pair of boots online during a massive sale, but unfortunately got the wrong size. I was getting frustrated trying to exchange them while still getting the sale price. Came in store and talked with Eric who was fabulous to help me figure out how best to get the new (right size) boots while still getting my sale price.

I had an excellent experience at the Easton Eddie Bauer store. A shirt I wanted wasn't available in my size in the store and also wasn't available online. The entire team went above and beyond to contact other stores to order the desired shirt in the right size for me. They were friendly and welcoming - I will definitely be going back for future shopping trips! Eric, the store manager, was extremely helpful and professional. 10/10.

I went to the Easton store in late December looking for parka for temperature degrees less than 20 degrees. The salesman told me the parka he showed me was the “warmest” and went to the 20 degree room. I bought the coat, only to find out that it was not their warmest coat, in fact it does not stand up to 30 degrees. I think the salesman just needed to meet a quota. I am never going back to Eddie Bauer. A definite bait and switch, beware what they have in there stores

It’s located at next to AMC cinemas entrance of easton shopping mallsurrounded by various stores (Swarovski, Mac cosmetics, Jeni’s Ice creams, Lego , Amazon Style shops)Good place to view at night with Christmas/New Year decoration lightsSummer/Fall is good as well to do window shopping and walk aroundEnjoy shopping !!

I love Eddie Bauer, but I wish they carried all sizes in store. I am a 2xl tall and I have to order them.
