We moved from Ohio in 2021. I always appreciated Dr. Olson’s care of my pets. Dr. Olson and staff were so compassionate when my chihuahua, Angel, was euthanized in 2020. I realize even more since moving just how fortunate we were to have Dr Olson and staff to care for my pets. Thank you !

I had to bring my 18-year-old dog in to get put down. I was absolutely devastated and a complete mess. The staff at this hospital were so kind and so compassionate. They answered any questions I had and they were very patient and very understanding. Even after my dog passed they allowed me time to grieve and as they took him away, they still treated him as if he was alive, they held him very gently and even petting him as they walked away. They made a horrible moment in my life a little bit better and I'm very grateful to all the staff.

It's all about the money here! No empathy and no compassion. Rushed my dog in struggling to breath and they met us in the lobby to discuss the $400 they would need to just look at him. Literally no questions about my dog or what happened. COLD HEARTED, MONEY GRUBBERS!!! DON'T DO IT! You can't respond to their scripted response lol Go to the Westerville Vet on Huber Village. Kind and compassionate. Their first concern was getting our dog help not asking if we had $400 just to take him to the back. Easton Vets is a Cold Hearted place. You've been warned.

The entire team at Easton Animal Hospital is amazing! Dr. Olson has been the primary vet for my cat, Freya, since I adopted her. This last week we had a scare with her breathing/vomiting and I called the office and within 2 minutes I was driving her over for an emergency visit. Not only did they respond quickly and get her fixed up, but Dr. Olson called me twice in the week after her visit to check in and make sure Freya was still doing okay. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about your fur babies, this is the place! ♥️

I read that they take Guinea pigs at this vet so I contacted them put all my information in and it’s been like 4 days heard nothing from anyone and I hit contact us and I put the reason why my guinea pig needs to go to the vet and still heard nothing from anyone!

The doctor and staff were so wonderful, and professional. They really made us feel comfortable bringing our cats there, were a pleasure to work with, and they have incredible rates on top of everything else. We have a good reference of what else is out there and we would not go anywhere else!

I’ve been taking my dog to Dr. Olsen for 8 years. She is a brilliant vet and is passionate about the animals he cares for . His bedside manner make us trust him and makes our dog feel comfortable. The staff is always friendly and kind . We would highly recommend him for care of any pet !

Wonderful vet. I have lots of kitties and they all come here! The doctors are very knowledgeable and attentive. Phyllis up front is pretty awesome too!

requested an appointment online and heard back same day regarding scheduling an appointment for my two cats. they were able to get both cats in, same day same time within the week. both the vet tech and doctor (Olsen) were AMAZING. so kind and gentle with both cats, they were very informative and transparent with all concerns or questions. they were very compassionate toward myself and the cats. they also were very transparent with price estimates and my personal budget and are willing to work with you. overall, super positive experience especially for the first time. will continue to use this vet long term.

What an amazing staff they have here. my daughter and I had to rush our dog in and made the decision to have to put him down, one of the hardest decision in our life. The staff that worked with us was absolutely amazing, so caring and so patient with us. Never once did they make us feel rushed or unimportant! We truly felt as though they care so much for our Baby! So thank you to you all for making our last time with Bentley, so very special!!

I had a great experience with my dog Daniel here. Jasmine and Dr. Olsen were very friendly and really took great care of him. This place has an empty lobby policy, which I think is absolutely brilliant! If you have a dog with anxiety, this place is a great option. Daniel gets very anxious when there are alot of dogs around. I highly recommend!

On 12-27-22 I lost my best friend MAX, MinPin of 18 yrs, Phyllis made the transition EASY!, very compassionate. Would recommend them to anyone.
