I stopped in to the north side of Columbus Ohio’s Duluth trading last weekend . About my 60th visit over the past 5 years . Could not find my normal blue carpenter pants in 34/34 ( I pass them off as my company’s work pants - which my company actually buys me another brand , that I don’t wear ) a common size . Asked a guy working if there was any , he looks on his device finds 4 pairs in the back . Hands me one , I said I’ll take 2 . He never bothers going back for any more ( says they may be in a tote ) ? Ok , I guess . I buy the one pair , wash them like I’ve done the other 17 or so pairs . Only to find out he gave me a 33/34 . There’s 70 dollars down the drain . Every one of my old pairs was made in Pakistan . These are made in Vietnam and are not the same pants. I can’t believe that a company charging this much money would attempt to change things for a beyond loyal customer base .

Apparently, their system is such that there are no order changes until after an order has shipped. Ridiculous. Their faulty website is causing double orders and charges. All I want is to cancel the order and the bad order and I have to email and call and wait and wait. Never again will I even try to do business with this company.

Fantastic products if you can find them in one of their local stores. If you can't then the shipping policies and customer support are among the worst in the retail industry. According to CS they think 4 days to even ship the package out and another 7 to 9 week days to arrive is an acceptable (competitive) policy. I have recently received shipments from Europe and the Far East in much less time than that. I am a long time customer with thousands of dollars worth of their product but will never again buy anything from them if I have to order it on their website.

I'm a bit biased since Duluth have by far the best clothes. This store is kept really nice and the staff are friendly and quick. Picking up orders from here and finding what I need in store have been incredibly easy. The only bump I've run into is limited options in my size, but that's because I have an unusual waist x length combo. Even then their online store has a great selection and delivery is fast.

Disgusting, I'm a current employee (posting this under an alias) they use the same cleaning towel for the toilets that they use on the sinks and counters. If you're looking for gender neutral clothes, don't bother coming here. Everything is overpriced, they claim quality but honestly you can find the same quality if not better elsewhere. Don't bother applying to work here, it's mentally and physically draining.
