Seriously your gas station is open but you close your bathroom at midnight?. I was gonna buy something but I guess I will buy from somewhere that will let me relieve myself?

I am very displeased and discouraged with my encounter at this gas station. I walk in tonight to buy a couple packs of cigarettes, and get fuel but I got shocked from a very nasty individual with a very nasty additude. This lady was not lady like at all but instead has no customer service skills, and should not be working around customers with her additude. I ask her a very simple question and she was very nasty and very rude if I had been the (Better Business Bureau or (BBB) She would have lost her job on the spot. This was my first and last encounter with this gas station. I will be getting a hold of management and taking further action because I am a grown man and I will not stand for it nor put up with the disrespect I got from this individual over a question. If ANYBODY is thinking about stopping in at duchess in Gahana I would second guess that option even if it's the only station open I will never step foot back into this store again and I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I hate leaving these type of reviews about a public place that should professional criticism but has no professionalism what so ever and I apologize to whomever had to encounter this nasty individual

Older lady with nasty stuff stuff on her face don't know how to count or read and would not give me a receipt for my order then gave me the wrong change and had then had the oddasity to say i dont know how read. Never again and it looks like i aint the only one she did such things too. So I'll be in touch with your management haha. hopefully ? ?

Never in my life have I been treated so badly! I’m still upset and shaking after being there over an hour ago! Older lady working there was extremely aggressive and yelled at me because all I had was a $100 bill and my total was $47.32. Literally was flicking stuff, yelling at me and mumbling harsh words under her breath, and throwing stuff.
