Upon entering I wasn't greeted by one employee. Neither was anyone else that entered. However, 2 employees hovered for the first few minutes I was in the store. Maybe it was a coincidence, but we were trained to do that when we thought people were stealing, at the retail store I worked in.I browsed the store for at least 10 minutes and not once did anyone so much as acknowledge me or ask to assist.I found a sweater and waited at the counter for 5 min to check out. At this point, there was only one employee visible on the floor.I hope your business is thriving in this dapper economy. So much so that you are able to pay such awful employees.Cute clothes, it's a shame I wasn't able to make a purchase!

There is nothing more classless or cringy than sales associates talking about meeting their sales goals in front of customers on the floor. Gross.

The best DryGoods location...EVER! The Polaris team keeps everything beautifully, color-coordinated and their “sale section” is always very shoppable. They even color organize the clearance racks. They recently got a new manager around Fall 2019 and the changes are amazing! ❤️ Both the assistant managers are always super helpful too.

Cute clothes, but the manager (i think she’s the manager) is really rude and condescending. I’ve only been in there a few times and she’s been rude each time. First time it was “hi hun, are you finding everything okay?” It wasn’t what she said it was how she said it. It was like she was talking to an 8 year old. I’m in my late twenties, don’t talk to me like that. The second time I asked if they had a size and she was like “well did you see it?” In a really rude tone. Like no, that’s why I’m asking you...? I’ll stick to shopping here online from now on, I can’t stand rude retail associates.
