As an avid lover of Doc Martens, I’ve made quite a few trips out to this store and every single time I have been greeted and taken care of by the friendliest staff i’ve ever encountered. Every single employee here goes out of their way to give you the best possible experience, I’ve never left without laughing or smiling. They’re also excellent with shoe suggestions based on your style, previous shoes, etc. I could go on for days! Love this place, love the staff, highly highly recommend checking it out!

I went into this location for a pair of work boots and the manager was such a huge help. I think she got me in and out within 15 minutes with exactly what I needed. They have a good selection of non-slip boots and you get good quality for what you pay. I also got what they call “Doc Socks” which is extra padded socks to help break in the shoes easier. Super helpful and will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience here, best we had all day. The team lead, B, was very knowledgable about company history, construction quality, and sizing quirks between different styles. Helped me and my friend find some lovely Mary Jane chunky heels and the same cute sandals they were wearing that day. I thought my feet would be too big for the women's styles (I almost always wear a 13) but they encouraged me to give 11 and 12 a try since customers often size down one or two. I was pleasantly surprised. They were great at holding a conversation and had a clear passion for the products they were selling. They deserve a raise and recognition from the company.

I brought in a wedding party of 9 to try on shoes for my wedding, and the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and friendly. They informed me and everyone how to take care of the shoes, made great recommendations on the different styles and materials they prioritize that everyone got a shoe that they would be comfortable in and worked best for them. Just overall very thorough and amazing service. I did not catch the names of the employees that helped us but I’m sure that they remember us because I bought like 10 pairs of shoes! ? I will definitely be returning!

I went here for the first time today. The 2 employees there were very friendly and helpful! I was able try on what I wanted to, buy them, and be on my way so quick too!

I always love popping in this store! The employees are always helpful (but not pushy!) and willing to let you try as many styles as you want to find your best pair. Yesterday Emily & Ruby went above and beyond helping me choose a new pair of sandals for summer. Makes me want to shop in store every time!
