Didn't expect to ever review a Dollar Tree as I thought all Dollar Trees had the same energy -- dimly-lit, messy, and tight aisleways where you have to hunt for what you want. That said, this Dollar Tree was a pleasant surprise. It's organized and has a lot of options for items. It was pretty busy, but they had enough cashiers AND people stocking items. Maybe the bar is low, but it's honestly organized a lot better then most stores in Columbus. Definitely the best Dollar Tree I've ever gone to so far.

It's everything you expect and it's a .25 more! Cheap plastic wares from the Peoples Republic of China. The store had an interesting collection of shoppers to go along with the asbestos laced Christmas decorations and it made for an incredible experience. Would return for more chip clips and chocolate covered cherries.

Dollar Tree is a cool place to shop you can get some really good deals I think they should change the name because it's not a dollar anymore it's about a $1.25 so call it a buck 25 or 125 other than that I don't like the fact that you cannot take things out of the store in a cart that is the ones on wheels because they have these long poles that stop you at the door I do understand that some people mess this up for others by not returning the cards taking them home so on and so forth but I don't feel everyone should have to suffer if you're getting a good deal you may want to buy a lot of things if you go in there and spend over $100 you surely should be able to use a cart especially when your handicap like I am and need extra help furthermore no one is going to volunteer to help you take it out so I don't feel that that's fair to elderly and handicapped people they tell you to leave your basket full of stuff at the door and go pull your car up again this is not good for people who are elderly and or handicapped so maybe you should have at least a couple of carts that can serve this group of people

Nice and clean has a little bit of everything you will need. Staffing seems tight usually only 1 register open and seems like all other employees are hidden not sure what they are doing or where they are. I'd say be patient when checking out

A few weeks ago I was in the store when the cashier became very rude to an elderly customer. Several other customers came to the woman's defense, myself included. While explaining to the manager what had happened and that his conduct should be addressed he made several threatening motions towards me. Even the manager said he was out of line and told him to calm down. Several of us were assured that the issue would be handled. Since then I hadn't seen this "gentleman" in the store and I thought it had been handled. To my dismay he was back behind the cash register. It's only a matter of time until he has an explosive outburst at a customer again. There are plenty of other dollar trees in the area. Please avoid this store at all cost. I feel this man will hurt someone some day. Don't let it be you.
