How does this store show still open, when for the past almost 2 weeks I try to go and they're closed down and it looks permanent. Not sure what's going on there.
At least put a decent sign for your customers!

Purchased dog food this morning, got home and went to feed my dog and when i opened it there was bugs all through the bag. I went frantically to exchange the bag and the guy working told me that I couldn’t exchange it. I then decided that i’d just buy another cheaper bag just to simply feed my dog and when I picked it off the shelf more bugs jumping at me. The guy did not seem to care that the entire shelf was infested with whatever that bug was. I just want my money back honestly and pray to god they get somebody to fix the infestation.

Everytime i go into the store and Ms. Lisa is there she welcomes you to the store and will even help you shop if she can.. She is such a sweet person and you guys lucked up with her as an employee

I'm so glad that this location is back open now. Because it was closed for a long Time. In addition to having an amazing, polite, helpful, welcoming associate's that work their. The manager named Lisa at this location keeps the store organized which keeps me coming back instead of going to Walmart. I truly appreciate this Dollar General. I'm wishing them a Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year 🎊.

This store is a mess. Part of the store has unopened stock in boxes sitting up on the shelves, boxes of stuff on the floor, stuff is mixed up all over the store. They need more help in here

When I used to shop here before 2022, the place was always a mess. You would have to squeeze past all the huge carts of stock that seemed to never get put on shelves. Things would be strung out of boxes and all over the floors. So I stopped going there for a while. When I returned to ohip after an extended stay in NY in April, I was pleasantly surprised when I went in with a friend who asked me for a ride there. There was only one huge cart out and there was a guy named Josh putting the items on it on the shelves. All the aisles were clear. The workers are all so friendly and I love stopping here. In fact it's my first choice on shopping near home. I probably stop in close to 4 or 5 times a week. Keep up the good work DG team!

Went in for several things and paid for them and then I was looking at sunglasses and I grabbed a pair clearly marked for $6 with a tag and was charged $8 at the register and when I said something to the gentleman working he refused to give them to me for the clearly marked price of $6 and said all he would do is give me a refund and I said I want the sunglasses but I want them for the marked price and he refused so needless to say I left upset and unsatisfied. This is the exact reason Dollar General is being sued by the Ohio attorney general's office

Shelves are not stocked. Stuff all over on the floor. The main entrance has a security door half closed. The isles are very narrow. The front automatic doors are broken. Would not recommend it for a wheelchair bound person.

I used to love shopping @ Dollar General E. Dublin Granville Rd but the store has gone way downhill in the last year. All of the aisle ways are always blocked with boxes stacked on other boxes that need to be put on the shelves. They cashier line is always backed up and I know that the store does not have enough employees but the employees that they do have really do not care. The store was closed for a week earlier this year because a customer fell over a box in the aisle and got hurt. I took a picture last week of the store in the back area you could not even see the aisle because all of the boxes were in the way please do something about this store. I feel bad for the store manager actually I know she is overwhelmed. If a district manager cares about their stores some changes need to be made. He asked the corporate and the district Dollar general would you shop at a store that look like this? I feel like this store is in a position where no one cares and it may be shut down which in fact maybe you should

STAY AWAY Nastiest dollar general I have ever been too. You can tell they don't even try to stock or clean anything. The customers were an inconvenience to the cashier. They need to pull the plug on this one.

First of all this store is NEVER fully stocked. You can't reach most products due to large carts and boxes in the way. Due to lazy employees most shelves are bare. I was in this store on Saturday and the young girl at the counter decided to vent about how overwhelmed she is and then tried to push me through the line as fast as possible. Literally with only one other customer behind me. I picked up the bags I seen (while she was already packing the other person's shopped items)She didn't even offer me a receipt. I got home and realized that I had a few items missing and yet didn't have my receipt. So I tried calling and received no answer. I just went back to the store(that of course is way under stocked )and was called a liar,barred from the store and this manager was screaming and called me a scammer and in front of a bunch of customers. Her mouth and attitude was disgusting and I won't stop until I know that she is held responsible for her lazy and beyond horrible customer service!!
